Not helpful. Looks pretty with 3D augmentation of your selected machine. Extremely difficult to navigate around the augmented view however. Cannot select parts and view parts diagrams. Its much more efficient to log in to Sis2 and find all info you require. Havent used any of the documentation viewing because.. Sis2 has it.
Well this is useless. I enter login info, it goes to the "hello ___, you are now logged on" screen for a split second before the loading gears screen pops up, then it kicks me right back to enter my log in info again. Can this please be fixed? I love CAT and this looks like it would be a super useful tool on our work tablets if it functioned properly.
This is the beat app I have ever used. I am a Caterpillar Dealer Operator Trainer in Australia. If you work for a dealer an you need more information at hand whist on the job. Download it now. Thanks team. What an incredible job you have done. Can't wait till more serial numbers are available.
App does not work. Login info was entered, gears turning screen shows up, then I'm shown the login screen......over and over. Does not work
Zero stars if I could. I log in correctly, the gears start to spin and brings me back to the login screen everytime. App is broken
The app will log in to nothing. Screen prompts loading and then returns to the log in screen. Can log in to cat sis via Web browser. Have I got the wrong app?
Great apps.. But i can't find some model such as 773,992,and 6020 also. Hopefully it will be better next.
I get a black screen when I try to open it. I viewed one that was running on apple and there was only 2 engines for generators
I signed up properly, next time try to log in don't expect my password after a few ,try same name and password l made it some how, logged in and that is it, nothing after that
I could not log in with my Cat Credentials keeps redirecting me back to the password input page. Any suggestions?
This app is very good for field technichian, can offline and easy mobile use. Recommended for dealer, especially TRAKINDO
Very clunky, the VR feature doesn't line up with machine / overlay...

I think it should be put in the app description that this is a dealer only app, I have tried on three different devices to load and use this app and finally after reading down through all of the reviews, have realized that this is a dealer only software. From what I can see from the screenshots of the app it looks similar, but only a much more refined version of the SIS (Service Information System) available to end-users.
