You see, I used to like the app a lot. It was very handy and the information displayed was easy to understand. Now with the new design, I'm no longer able to tap on a bus stop and see the times for that specific stop. Also, the icons now update far less often than it used to. Please bring back the old design. The old design was FAR more desirable than the new one. Either that, or fix the new design.
Terrible app it doesn't open most of the time and when it does it is very difficult to select items quickly such as track my bus. Also, alot of options are lacking developer programming techniques such as sending you to a link instead just having the information in the app itself. The app is just crappo CAT SHOULD BRING BACK THE OLD APP!!! If I could I would leave it zero stars
Before the update you could pick any stop that you wanted and see the pick up times. You could chose a route and see where the bus is at. Now with the update it is terrible. It will only show the bus on the map 1 out of 100 times you use the app....if that. Times are never accurate now. Really only shows routes that you are around at that moment. Want to be able to plan a trip? Forget about it. I use to tell ppl to use the app. Now I tell ppl to stay away from this app.
The Sept 2021 update broke this already poor app. Now it opens and then does nothing, no matter how long you wait.
Works fine on my phone, would be nice to also include the full schedules AND ELECTRONIC PAYMENT!
Something is very wrong with the app. It won't upload at all, it's just dark gray and white.
App does not load. Ever. Just a white screen with grey shapes. Never loads.
Impossible to understand nobody uses the maps they wind up calling. It's a shame. It makes the app useless
This crappy app wouldn't be necessary if the bus schedules were on Google Maps
God awful...... I mean really? 6st been 5 min away for the last 30 min. Thn i miss third st cause the app said 1 hr later & why do i get sent to a 3rd party site to dwnload a schedule....thnk GOD for bikes
It keeps crashing. Won't even open.
As always,I got delivered to my destination.only been riding it for 8.havent had a issue yet.my only complaint is sunday's schedule

The app won't even load.
New design is awful, no longer can see where the bus is on it's route, which was very helpful while waiting for a bus to arrive. Please go back to old design.
Froze 3 times in the first 10 minutes of use and crashed once. Not updated for a year now. Seems to be abandoned by the developer.
Not a good at all
The app does not adequately reflect schedule delays and bus service interruptions. Rarely, the app will say when a bus will arrive, but there are no notifications or alerts for delays, changed bus routes, or cancellations. The app also has buses and times listed that are not even running anymore due to scheduling changes, which makes it very confusing to know if there even is a bus at all. And lastly, the user interface is complete and utter trash, its practically impossible to find anything.
