I have to use software for work but I am a regular tablet user no iPod or iPad so software automatically rotates to the point where I can't scroll down to hit the unlock button. So can't log in, ever!!
This app REALLY doesn't want you to use it. I'm 30 and I've genuinely NEVER seen a worse designed login. I'd love to tell you about the app itself, but I can't login despite making several PINs that follow the crazy parameters they give you. It makes you setup a password, which you can't change and don't use and if you forget your PIN because of the insane rules it has to fallow- you can't even change it yourself. What a joke.
Crashes constantly. I need an app I know is reliable and can pull up my clients programs but because it takes forever to load and frequently crashes. I usually end up with a client that ends up running from me because of how long it takes to load.
When it works, I love the app and it's interface. However it frequently crashes, loads indefinitely, and won't update my kids' programs unless I remove them from my profile and add them back, or sometimes, have to uninstall and reinstall the app.
This app makes my job so much more difficult. The layout is actually better than any others I have used. It is also compatible with IOS/Android devices all types. The major issues are the loss of soap notes mid entry, so you need to constantly save and go back in and out every few minutes. Another issue is when trying to edit, with a compatible pen or finger, it freezes up 8 out of ten times, then your back to saving draft and going back to edit for the 45th time.
This is an app we need to use during our stressful times and so it is that much more obnoxious that it is difficult to work with. It crashes often, loses data I have entered as I switch between parts of the entry, the notes field seems to be somehow misconfigured as it doesn't manage to behave as expected for consistently bringing up the keyboard or capitalizing the start of sentences. There appears to be nowhere in the app to see behavior incidents that you have entered. If it weren't for our therapist using this particular program, I would not use it. Instead, we have to use it and curse it daily.
not syncing and loosing a lot of data. Do to major problems with this app i have lots a ton of data for clients. it is slow and some timee does not go to the program you press, leaving incorrect data for a client. ive had to reinstall this app often which means i loose the data that was not already synced. But the worst part is that you have no idea this is happening until much later if an audit is done.
I can never actually open the app through my phone. It always freezes and force closes. I've tried using the desktop version and it is a completely different layout than the mobile version. I just want to read the daily notes and be able to watch videos that my son's school uploads but I can never get that far because the app or site will freeze.
There are constantly issues trying to enter my clients' data. If it's not one thing its another. Now it's no longer clearing the data for the start of a new session
Too many glitches. I have to Uninstall app or delete and re-add a student just to get all my programs to run.
Just plain buggy. They updated it and now word wrap doesn't work so it's hard to read notes. Every update they do breaks it more. It's like the Microsoft model of constantly providing untested updates so your users are constantly dealing with trying to find fixes for the mess created. Can't recommend.
Crashes constantly. Also - i have a duplicate of 1 of my kids and everytime I click remove to take 1 off so there is only 1 kiddo listed - it crashes again. Every. Single. Time. I would use the tablet app but the company is lagging on the tablets so stuck with the mobile app
Crashes constantly. Only works half the time, but unfortunately this is the only app provided to myself and my co-workers to use in order to score our clients. Tech support is no help, either. Either unresponsive or minimum messages back.
This is the worst app! Chat support is responsive, but they can only do so much during the chat. If they can't resolve the problem, they open a ticket for it with IT. IT, you guys need to do your job. Almost every update you push out causes even more issue than the initial issue. Updates are supposed to correct current bugs, but it seems like you guys add more bugs. It is absolutely frustrating to effectively work when the platform we pay for does not work as advertised.
CONSTANTLY freezes and crashes. I understand that for HIPPA it locks but if I set it down, run a program, and pick it up it's locked again. Sometimes it doesn't clear data from the previous day. I miss using central reach :(
The update lost an entire day of data (that's kind of important), freezes, logs out mid session, and will randomly save data under the wrong task. It's a nightmare.
Crashes, doesn't reset data next day, fully stopped working on my tablet. Tech support was so slow I had to buy a new device. It's just data input, but the code is broken
Doesn't load properly. Have to uninstall and completely unreliable for data entry during a session. Better off taking paper data then trying to fiddle with this during a session.
The worst. Shuts down constantly. Literally a!l the time. You can't click the client name you need and easily open, it goes to soap notes for the first listed so you have to exit out before it highlights the client you want. I hate this app but I have to use it for work
Crashes constantly, poorly optimised to work on any modern Android phone. The UI of the app is absolutely dreadful on anything above a Samsung S8.
Useful when available, and infinitely better than paper data. I would appreciate the ability to view data while a SOAP note is available.
Frequently crashes, doesn't refresh data, and constantly glitches! Would be great if it wasn't for those things...
This ap is contanly crashing and its frustrating. The only reason I ues it is for work and its annoying that it doesn't always work. If I could give it a rating less than one star, I would.
Love it when it working! Difificult to sync so all parties can see notes. On my lg has trouble in tyoing the soap notes boxes, cant edit when it acting up :(
I really like that Catalyst helps us to centralize our data taking because we are a company that provides mostly in-home services, but this app will not open on my phone now and I cannot figure out why.
Catalyst will let me sign in on my phone but not on my tablet. About half of my coworkers have the same issue. It also crashes every time I open the trial sheet.
Not the best but better than nothing. Least there is a mobile app. Though having to uninstall and reinstall it everytime to remove an old client and add new clients kind of stinks. Youd think it would update with a logout/login since the kids are linked to my account. It gets a little bush trying to utilize the interface since theres so much info on a small screen but it is what it is.
