Best app I have used to conduct my working schedule, payment, personal inquiries, support from the Catapult team. I have used quite a few apps which is connected to the agency I work under, but Catapult has done an excellent job. I would say until now, it is the best experience I had out of all the other ones.

Slow and won't let me join. I filled in the application and it takes about 5 minutes to return saying something went wrong. So then I try to apply online on the browser to find that it says I've already signed up. So I go back to the app and sign in but to my surprise it says "Based on your results we won't be able to offer you suitable shifts and so we won't be moving forward with your application" NOT EVEN GIVING ME A CHANCE?!

This app changed my life forever, I struggled to get a basic job for the last 5 years until I stumbled across catapult job ad on gumtree and once I booked in an interview they shown me how to use the app. Really good experience and I learnt a lot from different types of job roles from sales assistant to barrister. Definitely recommend to download the app if you want to gain experience and to do something for a living.

It's a good app for jobs in hospitality. Everything is great so far. Small downside when you apply for jobs they use a first in first out system so if you apply to several jobs in the same day you will get the first one they accept you don't have the opportunity to choose if more companies choose you. But at least you are getting something.

i have never write a review for apps ( nor have the desire to ) but i must give this app 5 stars because of the fast response from their customer's service. Applying for a job never been this easy and the people that worked at catapult really understands and cares for you. The app is a bit slow sometimes but i know that they're working on that. Can wait to start my first shift!

Excellent App great work opportunity, joined over a week ago, still not found a suitable position.. Many jobs are too far away... Still hoping I'll get work soon. Glad I joined two other agencies... Might need to join a few more. The online courses they provide are extremely knowledgeable but very time-consuming... Be prepared... Take notes whilst reading you'll be tested at the end of each module. The app occasionally freezes on my mobile which means I can't get into.

Too difficult to access the account after downloading. Have spent an hour trying to find out how to get to the login page and have missed a shift in the process. Not impressed thus far.

Very useful app,easy to use and reliable company. Shifts available all the time and possibility to create your on schedule. Highly recommended

Now it has a lot of job offers to apply, because it is Christmas time. It didn't have before. However I tried to apply to some of them, but I cant because I need to pass THEIR health and safety tests, which I think its waste of time. I did these tests atleast 5 times. Than when the company cant find employee for the vacancy with Catapult this is probably the reason.

I downloaded the app but when I try filling in the details, it duplicates letters, jumps around or mixed letters up. Unusable. Real shame.

It is good for part time work, with a variety of options that can lead to full time eployment from 1 of the many 3rd parties, however, it is better as a stepping stone in my personal opinion as some weeks there may not be alot of available shifts which can impact income.

TRULY horrendous app. It constantly freezes. I have to keep reinstalling it. It is driving me crazy.

Amazing, easy to use app. It is very easy to get shifts which pay above minimum wage and you get fast response from catapult support staff

Good way to get flexible work but the app itself gets 4 stars because it sends too many notifications that can't be filtered.

I had downloaded the app earlier and received no jobs... Noe I downloaded it again and after doing so I got a message that my application was unsuccessful and I cannot go to any other screen.

The app is straight forward and easy to use and the interview process is very easy, with helpful and friendly staff

My profile can't be completed and I have no other way than wait for you to contact me back. My friend had a job for me next week but because of this I am stuck and out of the job. I could give a 0 to your app if it was possible. This is without counting the endless time she tried to contact you.

Downloaded a few weeks ago but am stuck on the waitlist. Can't even finish my application. Hoped to have picked up a shift or 2 by this point. Useless

After download, looking in to setting theres is no section to put your bank details. How you supposed to get paid for the shift you do? The old version was much straight forward as I joined in 2019

I signed up and it's been nearly a week and they haven't accepted it, every time I email they keep saying check emails

I joined Catapult today the lady that made me do my drop in was so nice ,kind and lovely and when I installed the app already i found a job and I am looking forward to it.

Catapult as an Agency is unique in it's own way of dealing with their workers. They are well mannered and polite. Besides they work round through to assist in every possible way that they can. THIS AGENCY IS THE REAL DEAL EVEN BETTER THAN MOST FULL TIME JOBS. I will recommend it to folks out there that are will to work hard and earn good money!!👌👍

App keeps crashing when i try to book a shift

Is being grate working through Catapult. All the companies I'm working in are really happy with the agency too and are really nice and thankful for my work.
