Nice simple little tool. Needs a few tweeks. The happiness option is treated like the negative feelings. It asks you to look at a better way of approaching the situation and then to re-rate your happiness score. When it hasn't changed it tells you 'that's a shame'. Apart from that I am enjoying the encouragement to look at my negative feelings in another way.
Love that you can enter your own emotion descriptions. This is a brilliant way to implement CBT in an app form. I wish you can: (1) delete entries (I entered something incorrectly and can't remove/edit it now) and (2) completely exit when you "log out" of the app (currently you can use "back" to go through previously viewed pages, even though you're logged out)
Very helpful! Almost instantly calms me down. I really appreciate having the pin so no one can look at my personal thoughts. Only issue is that you cant edit/delete entries. It's kind of annoying if I make a mistake.
I like this app but there is one issue which is if you want to update or delete an entry in your diary you cannot do this you have to clear all of your diary entries and start again it would help if you could delete or edit entries individually

Not for (me or my children) My daughter is poorly, we been fobbed off with its MH. She was ref by peadtriti, gp, & my MH support team plus self ref from myself to MH team. Everytime she told to download apps, this one was mention on the list. I personally discourage use of devices as they increase MH issues. So I gave the app a try, I have a list of MH issues ptsd, anxiety, panic disorder, depression, fnd... I used for about 3 mnths and all it causes me is more anxiety and tbh frustration.
I think you need an understanding of how CBT works to see the value of this app. Not sure about the happy emotion. A counsellor showed me how to use this and I could refer to the diary in my sessions with her.
Can't submit diary entry as requires time, but the time entry mechanism has no button to submit. Clearly not tested on all android versions. I'm running Samsung S7 android v8.0.0
I enjoy it. However, for positive emotions like happiness, it still prompts you to think about it differently and makes a sad comment if your happiness hasn't gone down after reflecting on it..? Unintentional? Otherwise good!
Love this app. It really helps me. This is a brilliant app. Everyone should get. I also love how you need a pin to unlock so no one can read it unless they know the pin
I felt turned away when it proved unsuccessful in improving my mood, this time around. Probably unintented, but for this and other reasons, I'm uninstalling.
This could be good if your emotions arent justified. I am grieving the loss of my son, reframing is not going to bring him back. This app doesn't adapt to different needs.
I have just installed this app. An immediately obvious comment is 'why on earth isn't there a much longer list of emotions to choose from?' I will try it for a week.
Signed up and started app, when I tried to go back it wouldn't let me open the app again.
i like this app bc it helps me correct my wrong thoughts and feel happier and more thankful. i just wish it was better with good emotions too.
After writing my first diary entry, the response given back was a question. "how would you like to feel in 2 days?" . That didn't give any insight what so ever to what I put or a way to help look at it.
I like the idea of this but when I put in a positive mood such as Happiness or relaxation it still asked me to change my thoughts? I expected something different, like a positive affirmation about feeling good. Was left a little confused?
I don't like this app. You enter that you're happy and then it trys to make you depressed.

Pretty useless app. Why do you feel this way (explanation) Now dont feel that way (......ummm..... Yeah no still feeling the same....) now rate your mood change (okay but you dont provide a 0 so i guess ill go with 1) great your mood got better (..... No.... No i didn't.....in fact this app made it worse.... *delete)

What a ridiculous app
I like that you could add a PIN to make sure only you can see it. It's quite a simple app, but I don't really like how the diary system works. I feel like just having "Happiness, Depression, Anger, Anxiety" are quite vague. Maybe the app would be better if you could add your own custom emotion? That'd be much better than just "other". I don't like the way selecting the date and time that emotion happened works. It could be a little simpler. Like selecting Morning, Night, Evening, etc.
