Constantly says that my event will start soon. Customer service can't figure it out, email support can't figure it out and a device factory reset and two different wireless devices still didn't change the situation. The only thing that worked is my old laptop. You purchased rights for the most important soccer tournaments and you can't even get the app that you invested God knows how much marketing, and it doesn't work. Such a shame and a waste of a great license. Hope you get it together before it's too late.

I was able to watch a preview of a live game, and with good wifi the stream works just fine. But then the preview was over and I was asked to pay. Then I found out I could put in my cable/satellite provider but when I did, it didn't do anything and I missed the rest of the game. I'm a little surprised since there was already an entire commercial on TV advertising an unfinished/buggy app but hopefully the bugs get squashed out 👍

This is a very poorly developed app. I am currently using an essential phone and the app interferes with it's notch. The phone has been updated to Android Pie. Also navigating the app and trying to save favorite teams is extremely frustrating. I'm not surprised with the lack of quality as it seems all CBS/Turner related online apps always have issues. It's too bad Fox sports doesn't have the rights. Hopefully in 2021 the rights go back to fox or ESPN.

Updates on Feb 20th 2019 An new version rolled out yesterday. The issue mentioned in my earlier review has been solved. Thanks for quickly fixing it. One thing that can certainly improve the experience in watching a replay is to add the function that enables playing from the time of the match/game that I stopped watching last time. I hope the app will continue to evolve.

This app is flawed. There is a no spoiler mode button that allows you to see the live games currently as well as the finished games for replay. WITHOUT seeing the scores of those games. Unfortunately, you are actually unable to start watching one of those games if the no spoiler mode is activated. You have to switch that off first. Consequently, when you scroll through the list, you'll now the current score of every live game as well as the final score of the completed games. That's stupid.

Watched AEW Double or Nothing and had no issues what do ever. After reading some of these bad reviews beforehand i was a bit worried. but it was the complete opposite. Perfect clear picture/sound. no buffering no nothing. This was even better than the WWE Network that buffers all the time and freezes at times. Very happy and Glad i have a place to watch AWE and not have to worry about any issues watching the event.

Works decently if you have a perfect WiFi connection. any time it loses signal, the video feed breaks. Sometimes it stops completely, and sometimes the audio returns while the video stays frozen. Another extremely annoying "feature" is how the video feed reinitializes when you go in and out of full screen. Every other streaming app handles that transition smoothly

I don't like leaving bad rep, but the service it just feels incomplete. Between the constant buffering, to not being able to select quality, to the player not having the seek buttons(10 sec forward or backward) and not even having time, is just annoying. I rather watch at lower quality than being constantly on buffering, at least let me decide if I want auto mode on, I dont have trouble with Netflix, Hulu or YouTube. Until they fix this I aint paying.

App keeps crashing. UI needs a total change. You're thinking simplicity isn't key but it's slow and not enough video options to make it worth a damn. Way to take over from Fox Sports without being truly prepared for it. The fans who are paying for your service are the ones that are losing out.

It's an adventure, but not a good one. Each time I click the shortcut on my phone it says "App not installed". I have to go to the Play Store and 'update' (even though it was already there...) then open it from the play store link. It never works from the shortcut. Then I purchase a program, get the notification that it's purchased on email, but still the app fails to show the programs, and asks me to purchase it. Good grief, could an app be more horrible? It's beyond useless. Do not be tempted to buy from this company.

AWFUL. I purchased the Champions League package and cant watch any of the games. Always says, "your event will begin shortly" even when the game is currently on and has been for some time. Has happened to me multiple times. If the game you want to see isn't on TV your better off googling how to watch for free. If I could rate this any lower I would in a heartbeat. Even on my laptop when I click "login" there is no popup, nothing happens. Have tried on Mozilla and Chrome. Want a refund.

The app just doesn't work. I'm not opposed to paying for the service, but if you're going to be buying anything from B/R Live, don't assume you're going to be able to watch with this app. The video player itself feels rushed, lacking some basic controls, and I can't even get it to switch to landscape. The actual streaming worked perfectly fine for one game today, but as soon as I tried to watch a second game, the app crashed. It now crashes 5 seconds after opening every time. Do not expect this to work, I would not recommend paying for anything if you only intend on using your phone.

Before I start, I'd like to say I have never felt strongly enough about any app to write a review. This is a first for me. I was very excited at the news that I could purchase the right to view my games UCL games for 2.99 a la carte, instead of the $20 a month users needed to cough up to watch the group stage. A day prior to the game, I Downloaded the app, installed, registered an account, linked a card for payment, washed and ironed my jersey. I was ready. Until B/R wasn't. The apps payment processing works great. It will take your payment perfectly. What it doesn't do is display your game without crashing after you attempt to load the game you just purchased. EVERY.TIME.The cynic in me says they spent a lot of time ensuring the billing feature works perfectly and phoned in the code for actually streaming a live sporting event. Given that the app crashes on start up, I can't even get to a screen to ask for support, or at least a refund. I should have played hookie from work and gone to the bar... 2.99 at Penny Lane Pub would get me half a pint too. Live and learn.

This app is useless. It will show me a free preview for five minutes, but when I try to input my cable provider, it asks if I get basic cable or a lot of channels, then whether I get HD or not, and finally, when I click the "Next" button, I am taken back to the preferences page with no changes made. Useless!

I cannot recall a time since I paid for the subscription back in September where I was able to watch a game uninterrupted or without the app just endlessly buffering. This is extremely frustrating as an experience when all I want to do is watch some champions league games. And yes, I do click the live button everytime.

Can never load a game without issues. I pay monthly and for what? To see half a game because the other half is connection problem, screen blackout, screen freezing. this app is terrible and if i have to have it again for the next season, then believe me i will not. fix these issues you want to have some of the best sporting events. i dodnt even mention the problems i have using their desktop form. even worse. worst streaming service i have. glad i can drop this app soon!!!

Not a good way to try and hook new AEW fans. Even for a free event, this app is frustrating. I finally got it streaming to Chromecast, but audio sync was way off. And seemingly no way to play the replay! Or even rewind or scan to matches I missed. It says replay available, but nothing loads, no play button, just says "Watch here" and "Final" but literally no way to initiate playback. Terrible experience, and AEW deserves a better streaming solution.

This app is useless. It's very poor, keeps crashing when I try to add my cable subscription details. I wouldn't watch anything other than the Champions League, however, so I think I'll watch it elsewhere. If anyone signs up for monthly or yearly packages, they will auto renew. Make sure you don't let them make money off you that way.

The app description reads "contains ads" and boy, is that an understatement. There are waaaaaaaay too many commercials. I paid $80 for an annual pass for Champions/Europa League games. I had to watch the Bayern-Tottenham game on my phone because their site kept freezing for some reason (I played a YouTube video to make sure it's not my internet connection or browser). I used the app to watch this game and after about five minutes of Dan Patrick commercials, I finally got to watch about ten seconds of the game before another endless barrage of Dan Patrick ads. I don't understand the point of this because it's their show, so they surely aren't making any money from the ads, right? The app itself is OK but it's really annoying to pay so much for a league pass and then have to sit through so many commercials. It does this every time I try to start watching, too. The NBC Gold app doesn't do this for their Premier League pass. If I wanted to watch endless ads I'd tune into NFL games. Soccer games don't have commercial breaks, so if you want to watch live you're missing the actual game.

Night of AEW Revolution it had to buffer about every 5-10 mins, it was so annoying. The next night I watched half the replay, no issues. Tonight trying to finish it and the app keeps buffering constantly until it crashes. So inconsistent! If you use chromecast, once you click the icon, you have to wait until you see the pop up at the bottom of the screen to confirm cast to the device. Not sure why the extra step, compared to other apps.

The service itself is great has all the games I want to watch but the app has been giving me a headache. When I go fullscreen the controls disappear and it goes back to the beginning of the broadcast please fix it soon so I can watch the matches on my phone. No such issues on my laptop which is good enough for now

I was forced to watch the Dortmund-Barcelona game on this unreliable thing. Throughout the whole game, I was just seeing a black screen on and off. It acted as such on all my devices. After waiting 2 hrs on the line to talk to someone, she was not able to help me resolve this black screen. All she said was to install and reinstall the app. When I told her it didn't fix it, she told me to watch it on another device. What a waste! Funny enough, only their game broadcast shows the black screen.

Would give half a star if possible. Went to watch Eintracht vs Chelsea 2nd leg on TNT, which is free with your TV provider. Apparently was only being streamed on B/R Live, which was forced to spend $2.99 to stream. Video kept freezing mid game. Audio would work but video was frozen. This led to being able to hear the excitement & anticipation of this knockout match hit being able to see it. As a fan, this is easily the most frustrating experience in a do or die game.

The screen does not adjust. I would not have downloaded the app if ONE weren't holding a free show or several on this terrible application. When I click the function that is intended to enlarge or format a full screen experience, i instead just get large portions of my screen going blank and a tiny screen that i can barely make out the action from.

This app is absolute garbage. I tend to watch the games on a thirty minute delay because the games start on my transit home. When I get home and open the app, you automatically see the score because they start streaming the game under "free preview" (yes I have spoilers set off). Then comes the fun part, trying to stream the game to television using Chromecast. This app is horrendous at accomplishing that. I usually get the stream to work as the game is ending, no lie! Ban this filth!!

Don't get this app if you are hoping to watch live. The app forces you to watch the same 6 commercials every time you load a stream, change channel or it dies. I spent 30 minutes trying to watch Liverpool today but watched the same 6x ads 4 times in a row. If you receive any calls or texts that you leave the player you will have to rewatch adds. If you change streams you must rewatch adds. Terrible service for trying to watch multiple games live.
