CatchOfTheDay: Online Shopping

So i have choose the monthly subscription for $4 but why do I get charged $40 for a year.. i don't shop much this is the second time everytime I try to choose monthly only, U guys still charged me for $40. You guys has Been great,but really didn't want to pay for the service that I don't use much, I spoke to a lady on the phone for refund said next time make sure to click monthly which I did , so now I have to call again, might choose a different service for shopping.

New to Catch and finding it easily equal to Amazon and perhaps having an edge on the huge American... pick up in a local store is a fantastic option. As a patriotic Aussie I must consider the switch to Catch.

I love this online shopping, it's my favourite shopping site, have bought many products and not been disappointed in the quality of items, fast delivery, and having the option to use after pay. If there is anything l would like to see more of, would be more specials.

Generally this is fine but need to get app developers attention with lower rating Checkout via app only let's you add one giftcard ... super frustrating when need to use say a few bucks off a remaining one and more than one. Forces you to go to desktop base instead of using the app ... 1st world problems right? In current format only allows one giftcard use. Please adjust this

I love catch ..such a massive range of discounts and products and east to view and navigate the website. It's a website for anyone from any financial status. It's the website that literally has it all...and for everyone. Cannot fault it 👍☺️

I've been using catch for a lot of convenient ways to shop due to the many options of how a person would like to pay for items. However, I've gone to use today only to find out that zip isn't an option. The two available are bank card or PayPal? What happened to zip? And some of the other pay options that use to be available? Or, is this app needing an update?

never used catch before up until a few weeks ago. There prices are insane! so much cheaper then even ebay, Amazon, ect. got a free 30 day pass to one pass free shipping amd discount codes aswell. unreal!

catch has an free delivery for members which saves a lot of money in remote areas and has also included free express post for Xmas. They process overnight and make it happen fast. The reason I haven't given full stars is because they are not as cheap as they used to be for clubcatch specials of the day but I still get a great bargain now and then. The convenience of such a wide range is great for people in remote areas. I wish Australia Post could keep up though.

I always check Catch of the day before I buy anything in store or online, they normally have the best prices 9 time out of 10! I remember this website back when i was in school otherwise i wouldn't have thought it was a legit site. Safe to buy stuff off and the option to use PayPal for purches is a plus. Catch is my go to instead of Ebay now :)

At the time of checkout, I could select a pickup at kmart or target. but when I submited the order it came up with an error saying order could not be processed. But if I choose the option of home delivery, order gets processed. There was no reason given for the non-availability of store pickup. If it wasnt urgent I would not have even order from you guys until I could use the pick up at kmart option. I am not happy with this forceful selection of home delivery.

Fantastic customer service with a member of the team, JP. He was more than willing to go the extra mile with a courteous & polite attitude. He solved my problems & guided me through the purchase process. I hope that there are more staff members like this young man. Thank you for all your help & support with my purchase JP.

First time using Catch. ordering was simple and huge range of products to choose from. Will provide feedback on product and delivery timeframe when my order arrives.

I'm having fun with it. so far, great timing on delivery, products are as said and priced good also. had and used app for awhile now.

Catch is a fantastic site, I have used Catch for about three or four years. I have ordered items from groceries to technology over the years. This year I did nearly all my Christmas shopping here without any hassles. Whether you're having an order sent and tracked by Auspost or collect from a Kmart or Target store, always prompt, efficient and great service, best way to buy ☺️

I have used Catch for heaps of purchases and it's always really easy to search for the exact item you want, and to process the order plus delivery is quick. That's why I will keep using them!!

Would not process with One pass, had to remove 30 day free trial and pay postage therefore I will delete your app and not use your site again!

I can't even log in so it's virtually useless. Happy to change review when fixed. All I get is presented with a blank login screen.

I have had a lot of issues trying to purchase a product after several attempts it finally appears to have worked after uninstalling the app then re installing the app

Good selection of products, and delivery is usually fast and reliable. No drama so far with any order.

They sent me an email for 30$ off, tried putting that code while checkout. It was accepted and then when i paid the amount, the order was placed and was cancelled in 5 secs. Not a good experience at all.

Change back to the original (December 2021). This isn't a genuine app. You've placed web pages inside of the app and made it difficult to navigate the pages. Wouldn't be surprised if more people complain or less people use the app because its now broken. Wouldn't be surprised if Catch never see this feedback and it goes to someone else.

App and Webpage Carts dont match up. Was using the webpage, the app banner was there so thought why not. Downloaded it, signed in, no cart - double checked acct details same as webpage info, all good, can see in purchase history an item i just completed but then i hage to re qdd all items to cart and refreshing in both doesnt carry across. Would be helpful to fix this so no matter where im searching and carting, it will all be there whichever way i choose to checkout

I don't like how something one price on u're cart & the 3 or less min it took u to get u're afterpay acc up it increased by 20-30 $$$ screwing it all up. I think if it's in u're cart at that price it should stay that way for 24hrs!! if u haven't paid for it by them, well tough but come on guys 2/3min!! u lost the sale completely!!

Don't no if catch is the problem or tr sports we bought a scooter from tr sports it has stress fracture s on the clip Don't work and they will not refund my money they offered 30 dollars of and said it wouldn't affect the running of the scooter near 700 hundred $for something that's broke that pretty bad all so bought another scooter at same time they forgot to send that one iv been in touch with catch but so far no refund catch and tr sports work together I recommend no one deals tr sports

Latest update has changed the notification icon. It now looks EXACTLY the same as the Facebook Notification icon. Please fix this, it's rather frustrating seeing a Facebook msg notification only to find it's really a Catch notification.
