Mobile app hasn't been working for weeks now. Doesn't let you login. Even when it did work, it was very basic UI. They need to update their app asap.
They are behind the times in tech and you wont have access to your accout for no reason other than their system doesnt recognize your information. If it wasnt for the cool people at my local office I would not bank with them. Also it takes 5 months to dispute a charge and to start the process it must be done in office.
They keep saying they sent me a security code and nothing was sent. I tried it 5 times.
it's either "loading" or doesn't open even after updates

Can't view my bank statement on line. Over a month now
Mobile deposit check didn't work, the check has been declined for no appearence reason, need to be fixed.
Been trying to use this app for awhile for the past 2 weeks, but it keeps saying service unavailable try again later.
Can't use remote deposit. Bugs out saying initialization failed. This is the only service I need for the mobile app.
After downloading, the app throws up an error message stating an update is required. Not working!

Online image deposit screen turns gray after selecting options or taking a photo. I'm using a nexus 5. Useful app still
Used to work on my tablet. Now it doesn't. It works well on phone. When I see the shortcut on screen with bank's OLD logo after download, I know it won't work. Emailed developer and my email was eventually forwarded to local branch and I was asked to call local branch. Waste of time. It's the program.
