Can no longer shop with app...
It won't allow me to register, I've deleted the app 3 times and down loaded 4 and everything goes fine until I go to register my card.
It makes it easy to pay my bill.
Won't allow me to sign in...ugh
I hate apps
The app was working just fine before the update. Now when you click to shop it say you have to call to order. What's the point of having the app if you have to call in?
It's crap you can never get on the horn you need to
No matter what user name I entered I couldn't go any further!
Wouldn't allow me to register, no matter what user name I entered it wouldn't go any further.
Still get reminders of approaching due date even though I've scheduled a payment. On website can see scheduled payments. keeps me from doubling or tripling payments. Here, I can't see them. So not much use til that is fixed.

Why does need all these permissions
I wanted to make a payment. I couldn't because I only have a debit card. I don't have a checking account. I would think if a credit Co wanted to be paid they would make it convenient for their clients.
You want permissions that doesn't pertain to buying or paying for clothes. Not worth the invasion of privacy.
If Catherine's wants this app used, I'd suggest some simplifing. Why so many codes? If I've created a user name and pw, it should be good everytime I sign in.
