I absolutely LOVE playing GameHouse games and being apart of the many story lines but this particular one won't even let me play! I was able to open it and play a few levels right after installing but ever since I turned it off after that first play, it just sits on the welcome screen with a black nonrotating loading wheel. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my internet and even restarting my phone multiple times to absolutely no avail. Extremely frustrating to a loyal player!

Pros: This is a beautiful game. I love how it is inspired by crafts and cats that is right up my ally! I love the customer forecast which gives you choice and the types of customers are humorous. It's a cute game with a great story! Currently I'm on easy mode because on regular mode even in the beginning it's hard, one of the more challenging GameHouse games. Cons: I bought the full game which cost me $13 because I'm in Canada (it's $10 American) if the story was longer it'd be worth it!

I used to play this game all the time. I just re-downloaded it, played the first level, closed the app. Now, I can't reopen to continue the game, it freezes on the opening screen. I've tried Uninstalling and redownloading, nothing works. Fix it so we can actually play.

This looks fun but I have not gotten a chance to play it. I have this problem where every time I play I click on the app and a white screen comes up for 2 seconds and it flashes, goes away, and a message comes saying "unfortunately Cathy's crafts has stopped." I can't figure out how to fix it and I have even redownloaded the app. I hope you can fix because I would like to play this. Updated 11-2020: just tried to download again in case it got fixed, now the app will not even open, saying the same thing as before. I don't know why because other game house ones work for me fine. Would appreciate it if it gets fixed. How's about seeing if an update works?

Love theses game but I've cleared everything, restarted and updated everything and It logs in and the game starts but i can't click on half the game. And my phone is new so it's not the screen. I pay for a subscription so i play other games instead but this 1 and a few others don't work.

I can't get passed the loading screen. I have asked this question before and am still stuck at the same point. After I select my email address to login to the game it freezes at the loading screen and won't allow game play. I have uninstalled it and it is still not working. So frustrating!

I see from other reviews there is a reoccurring issue with the game getting stuck loading. I experience this on my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. I've done the usual, force stop, clear.the cache, reboot, uninstall and nothing works. I know this is a game specific issue because I can play my other Gamehouse games with no problem.

Did not fix issues. I eaither have the loading screen that never stops or.... When I play the top tables customers are cut off so you can't see the full order, this results in level losses. Fix this !! I'm a huge gamehouse fan and have been a fan since the 1st Emily cafe game....

It's a fun game unfortunately it freezes way too much and when you try to login it takes forever I decided to uninstall it because I waited 1 hour for the game to start it just kept saying loading ☹️and before posting this I read several reviews on many of the games that I've had problems with and you guys have their same response for all of them so I decided to do exactly what you guys have told other gamers and I have done all of it please fix it.

Storyline isn't terribly compelling but simple fun. I subtracted a star because when it was trying to sync up with my Google play account, it would continuously freeze despite restarting and shutting it down multiple times.

I played the first 10 levels for free and it was a fun game, but you had to go through so much trouble to get it to work every time that there is no way I would buy this game for full price. I noticed that the developers have a list of suggestions to combat this problem, but no game should take that much to work. I'll pass.

I am a HUGE fan of all the GameHouse games. However...if you play them mainly for the great story lines, this game is not for you. I found it rather boring compared to the other GameHouse games. Also, it doesn't run as smoothly as the other GameHouse games. I don't like the artwork very much on this game, either. This is the only game in this series that I will not be purchasing. I highly recommend everything else, though!

I cant play this game that much since it requires a wider screen of mobile phone. I cant play some of the levels since I cant see it on my screen. It doesnt fit my phone but then this is a good one. Very challenging game.

I gave one star because I've been having issues playing the game. I purchased this game about a year ago and have played it several times. My issue is when it goes to the google play account and after I select the email I want to use it starts to load but then freezes up. For this reason I haven't been able to play the game for a few months now. What can be done to solve this issue?

I would have loved to play the full game, I thought it would be included with the monthly subscription but it is not. I think you should make it clearer which games you can and can't play in the subscription so people don't install then uninstall it would be helpful Thanks

It asks to log in to googleplay games each time. It also takes a lot of time to start. It is very hard to get stars to pass a level. In short, it was dissapointing.

This game had a great potential, I had fun playing it while I can… more often than not though, the game won't even load! I tried all the suggested actions from the other critical reviews, but it still won't load! Please fix the problems, I really really want to play this game…

Doesn't run well and not worth the effort to try fixing it either. The story isn't great and the art style isn't either. Another disappointment.

Opened game for the first time only to find a black screen with background music. Uninstalled, then reinstalled, but no change. Uninstalling for good this time.

The game is stuck with a small add in the left hand corner that prevents you from being able to play the game. The add doesn't play and there's no way to close the pop up

I rated it a one star only because it lets me log into google games then it sends up a square loading box and it doesn't let me do anything from there. I love your guys games and this is the only one that has done that to me...😭

I can't login even after I cleared my cache and restart my phone, there's only loading icon but never make it to the game.

it kept signing me out and then when i sign back in it just wouldnt go to the next screen so i just think thats my problem with it. ps I deleted it and i did all that before i deleted it so it's not my phone sorry and you can't say it's my phone when you clearly have many reviews with people having a problem with this app. .

I liked amber's airline, but the graphics in this game don't look as good. It's somehow less fun. Also, I can't pick up the flowers. Can you please fix this problem?

Worked fine, then kept freezing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, emptying Google play store's cache and data and turning my phone on and off again.

I have a Note 9 and my s-pen refuses to work in this game. is there any others having this problem or does anyone have a solution??? I have uninstalled and reinstalled, tried opening it up through Google play and on my home screen... NOTHING WORKS

Another potentionally fun game that was brought to an end too soon because you have to pay to unlock the rest of the game. What was avaible to play was fun though.

When I was able to get it to load it lagged BAAAD, I uninstalled it and now it won't even load. I loved what I did get to play and as soon as the bugs are worked out I will give it more stars...I am sad 🐼

I'm a huge fan of Game House. So with that being said, this game is lagging pretty bad. I'm connected to wifi, and I even started playing with data. Other than that, the game is good.
