Hate that it deletes the asset number as soon as you submit it. Did not use to do this. Very aggravating and time consuming. Also makes it so you can't verify the number you scanned was the correct barcode.
Useless unless in perfect sunlight Would be nice to focus camera and be able to use flashlight but no... Nooo why do it the easy way. Makes you type it in so it cost more man hours.

Functionality of this app is very poor. Unbable to raise SRN in first attempt always 2nd attempt required to raise SRN You guys seriously need to work on you app.

Worked great until the last update. Unable to scan multiple items with a scanner now without deleting previous entry, which is time consuming. Contacted company as soon as I noticed this issue, which was shortly after the last update, still no fix...
