It started out well enough, but i wasnt using all the features. however, after uninstalling and reinstalling several times, i still am unable to sign on, use my password or use the fingerprint. and i cannot re-register as it always says that i already have an account. very frustrating
Poor app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app twice and like another review on this page it doesnt accept whenever I go to register. It also says error reaching CS card services and then freezes. Nothing works thereafter Really need to fix the bugs in this app if u are asking people to use it so widely
After the latest update the app doesn't work anymore at all. It prompts you to put in a code then it doesn't even accept it. Just sticks after you put in the first digit
I've had this app for a while it was working perfect all along until I decided to update it . I could not remember my login password , I called card services explained my problem and rep told me to " login then" . If I was able to login then I would not have contacted you all in the first place. How rude!
I have downloaded the app about 4 times on 2 different devices at at no time was I able to get into it .A notice keeps coming up as it loads saying it has stopped.
I got as far as downloading the app. a dialogue box repeatedly came us stating that unfortunately the app has stopped. I'm disappointed as I wanted to me direct payments as opposed to paying online thru my bank. Payments get there late then I'm charged interest. Guess I'm stuck:(
Log in issues. Would not recognize my email address and password on the app but I can use the same email address and password to log in to the webpage. Touch ID only worked the first time
This app work off and on this is 3 time having problems. Before it got resolved was working good now giving trouble again I deleted it and reinstalled again still tell me junk about password or email address wrong. You all need to do better if you want people to be using it very frustrated. Fix it please
The biometrics option on this app is totally nonexistent, u accidentally type in your password incorrectly more than twice and you're locked up indefinitely. Please fix it.
I have a Windows 8 phone. This app is not compatible with.my device. Can this be rectified asap so I can get on board?? Greatly appreciated.
The App won't allow me to register, sign in and when I hit the button it's going nowhere. Then it tells me about connection. Help please!
this app has saved me twice when the debit card mchines weren't working at my favorite lunch spot. since those two close calls, ive started using this app as my primary payment method instead of cards. very easy and convenient

The app just wouldn't work. I reinstalled this app on Nov 14, 2020 and it worked until Nov 15, 2020. The app refused to accept my password.....
The app is not allowing me to log on. Even got a temporary password from a csr and the app still would not allow it. Waste of time
This is not allowing me to register, I find it useless if I can't register and apparently am not the only person having this issue.
THIS APP NEEDS WORK WHEN I AM SIGNED IN IT FUNCTIONS OK BUT LATELY EVEN THOUGH I CREATED A PIN WHEN I OPEN THE APP IT REQUESTS MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD WHEN I TYPE THIS INFORMATION EVEN THOUGH IT IS CORRECT THE APP KEEPS REJECTING IT AND I AM CONSTANTLY MAKING TRIPS OR CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING !!!
After speaking with multiple reps I still cant register. It keeps giving me errors that they cant seem to fix
So far the spp so good. only when i hit the back buttom to exit the spp it don't move, i have to minimise it.
A few bug fixes need to be sorted and the app will be good to go
I really like the fact that you don't have to key in you login id. All i have to do is type in my password. great!!!
I have no problem at all using it. Also, it seems as if it is updated almost instantly.
Since updating my app I can no longer use the fingerprint option.

I love it bad bad because it is so good. Easy for me to understand.
This app is really good and has some kinks to work out as to be expected because it's really new. One of my biggest concerns is that it doesn't work to transfer funds to app users and so on the only way I got it to work was by sending phone to phone by getting the persons receiving QR code sent to me and scanned. And if I didn't have another device that would not have worked. Would love to see this fixed.
