Difficult to log on to. Remote capture not working now. Uninstalled it and reinstalling to try to get it to work again. Wish CB would use the same developer for the business banking mobile app that they use for the personal banking mobile app.
Worse digital banking app I have ever used. I have repeatedly tried to inform them about their app, but got no response. After leaving this review hopefully they fix or change the awful banking app.
This is the worst banking app I've ever used. Mobile deposits on my Android phone stopped working in July after a app update, and now they've stopped working on my Android tablet. Totally useless app.
When trying to deposit a check, app keeps saying I took two photos of the same side, even though the front and back check images are clearly displayed on the screen.
This app never works properly. It gives me problems at log in 50% of the time. Then the features dont work the other half of the time when i can log in.
Decent layout. Cannot deposit checks, as app freezes up and won't launch camera.
Horrid! Columbia Bank app is one of the worst on all of Earth.

This "app" is as second-rate as the mobile website it repackages, and Columbia Bank itself. It's a poorly done shell interface for the website, with remote check deposit. The site it regurgitates is pathetic. The deposit feature's biggest function is to be used by the bank to fraudulently charge massive amounts of additional overdraft fees by stalling deposits for as long as a full day - just one of many cheap tactics Columbia uses to fleece its customers. Avoid this scummy, dishonest bank.
