Worst app ever. I downloaded this app over a year ago and it worked fine. For some reason it locked me out and even if I'm putting the right info, it still locks me out. It's frustrating that I have to leave my house to go to an ATM to get a balance on my account just because this app DOESN'T work! I remember back then, all I had to do was call a number in the back of the card and get a balance if I had a 4 digit code. They need to bring that back because this is ridiculous.
it's a decent app, but I was migrated from bank mobile... if you ask me I like the bank mobile app much better. this app is pretty much only good to check your stuff, the we mobile has a better operating system. This really should be addressed for convenience and simplicity. it's almost a chore to use the app. I apologize if this comes off as rude. I've just been using it for more than the last year, and that's my take on it. I would love to see it progress however.
As others have said, the old BankMobile Bold app was better. To be fair this app is functional (except when I got locked out after upgrading my phone) but it feels like a step back in innovation. What's funny is that innovation was the reason I opened the account in the first place! Please bring back the better, more functional UI...
The function of the app is simple, but it is constantly crashing and i have to redownload several times a month. I had know issues with the old app so not sure what changed.
Cannot login. Error message "Access Denied: Access not allowed to jailbroken/rooted devices." I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 DUOS running Android 9.0 and it is not jailbroken nor rooted. No issues with any other banking apps just this one. Please fix this app.
What is going on with this? I ve taken it off, reinstalled it, downloaded updates etc. and it still doesn't work correctly. Please fix this. Basically it tries to load then doesnt.
Doesn't work, still. I put in my correct username and pw, but the "continue" button does nothing. Help and About work, so the screen is not frozen. Sucks since some alleged fxns not present on bank's website.
Had been working fine for quite some time. But now all I get is "unable to authenticate" error message upon attempts to open this app.
What a godawful app. Laggy, crash-happy, and a piss poor example of "professional" banking. Do yourself a favor and skip the app right along with the bank... Go somewhere with some frickin professionalism.
The app crashes when I click on "locations". Also, it's 2020. What app doesn't offer fingerprint log on in this day and age?
The app crashes on Pixel 3 XL. Works fine on my Pixel 2 XL. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. And Rebooted my phone.
Works just fine for me MOST of the time. I used it primarily for mobile deposits and to check transactions.
I dislike banking now since customers bank took over Bankmobile! Please bring back the good, easy to use & understand Bankmobile app! Or at least make the customers bank app similar & less simple !
This app sucks. I can't even access it on my phone. I'm going to the bank tomorrow to close my account. You suck. You don't even have assistance after hours to help.
Bank app need a major design change. Very basic app. You can't do much.

Freezes, locks out, refuses to recognize your pin, no running balance
Would be nice to be able to setup transfers with this app.
Its out dated by years and should be nuked off the site.
Simple and fast. Easy to upload and deposit your check. Wish the funds were available right away. They are available midnight after deposit. If deposited Friday after 7 pm est fund's are available Tuesday.
App works great now with the updates.

This so called updated version of the app seriously sucks and is hardly an upgrade, it's literally a major downgrade, it only tells you your balance not your running balance so you cannot tell what came out and what did not yet, far less options than before, I really wish they wouldn't have touched the app... it's like the new version was made bk in the 90s.... extremely disappointed
Horrible. The old app was so much better. This is total garbage. It doesn't even work half the time. It doesn't show an accurate balance and sometimes my recent transactions completely disappear. What the hell. This is such a step back. I will be looking for a new bank. The only "upgrade" that came is now people close to an actual bank (which there aren't any in Florida where i live) is they can now go to into a bank. Which is useless to me anyway. Garage. Total garage.
Terrible functionality - first simple maneuver (check deposit) gets hung up on email address line - telling me I gave an invalid address - clearly not correct and no instructions anywhere on how to resolve the issue. ...of course customer service # was no help (only there for PW resets after bank hours).
At least I was able to use previous versions of the app to do mobile deposit, if little else. Then the version that worked for me started throwing back Error 1229 (no matter how many times I hit retry, it didn't do a thing), so I updated to the current version. Now I can't even open the app—it crashes every time I try to use it. Force stop? Crash. Clear the cache? Crash. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Crash. Congratulations, you've created an app that alienates your users. So, I can't use the old version of the app (one from 12/18, no less), I can't even open the latest version, and I can't deposit a check from the online interface. Talk about a rock and a hard place. It's time to start looking for a new bank, I think—one with a better mobile app.
