Not very user friendly when using an Android cellphone.
I keep getting asked to rate the app then it hangs and won't let me get on with my task
User friendly and so easy.
I can't get out of the app without restarting my phone. This is a less than optimal performance for an app which might find itself being used in a tactical setting, and as such a possibly life saving tool, unnecessarily delayed by the inability to exit. Pray hope attention to this (Flaw?)
Terrible-Bot is horrid, gets in the way.
Really simple and straightforward app. It has all the functions I need at my fingertips. Very easy to read an accessibility is on point! I'm able to mobile deposit checks, transfer funds, view transaction as well as see a perfect snapshot of all of my accounts. Nice job Civista!
App works great to keep an eye on account balances. Easy to transfer money from one account to another. Also like the bill pay option to pay utilities.

I like it, because it let me see my account without having to go to the bank.
Never could get logged in to use app and no customer support after sending message about the problem. Last straw for this bank. I'm moving my money somewhere else. Better places to bank with customer service, apps that work, and won't charge inactivity charges on accounts after banking with them for over 25 years.
Love this new app!! The different functions are amazing you can do so many different things that you couldn't before. And linking all my cards under 1 app is also awesome!!
BS service Lived at my address for 5 years Mail gets returned and I get hit with a $5 fee App update broke its usability with another financial app. So glad I'm done with this lame bank.

The balance is constantly wrong. App does little good if the information it is providing is incorrect
Continues to get better, would like the password option to have 3 tries because sometimes I forget it and have to change it and put old pass in more than 1 time, easy to call and get unlocked though
I like the new app, but the budgeting tool is confusing. Can't figure out how to make the budget categories line up with my own labels.
Network unavailable error. Fix your app. My old bank was taken over by civista and it's been one issue after another. I'll just move all five of my accounts to another bank.
App randomly logs you out then says incorrect ID or password, and have to go into back to reset account. Very frustrating, can't see my bank balance.
Every time I try to log in on an authorized device, it asks for, then rejects my password even though I have biometrics enabled. What's up with that?!
Won't even let you access your account without saying network unavailable or wrong info. Banked with UCB forever and they should have stayed!

I tried olb for the first time ever and almost lost my savings to a Scammer! But CB-MOBILE Put a stop on my account immediatly so I didnt lose a dime!🙂

The new app takes more time to start. The old app was faster and easier to use.
This app is more complicated to use than the old one and I don't like not being able to exit the app.
What is going on with this app?! I can't see anything going on with my account until I go through everything nothing is easy anymore so hating this and I'm considering changing Banks! Most horrible banking app ever! Very hard to understand what's going on in your bank account and I need to know everyday what's going on with my account! Hate it hate it hate it!
