Frozen home screen, had to close app many times frozen Centerville Bank homescreen,eventually uninstall 2times ,finally opened after frozen homescreen again. Slow inconvenient mobile app for Samsung10. Had to have app to avoid acct fee. Issues
takes forever to load app if not on wifi... on wifi it loads right away. doesnt matter of im full service or one bar. It used to work great on either or up until a lil over a month ago
Like everything with "doing" but "viewing" could be improved. When I change/cancel any transaction why do I have to see the list of cancelled before the actual current?!?!?
The app was great, until an update on Sept. 14th, since then it will not even open. At this point, its useless.

It's always consistent about my transactions and internal transfers. Makes managing my money a lot easier
Suddenly I can't open the app. When I open it, I get a message that says, CB Mobile has stopped working.
love it, makes seeing my funds super easy any problem they fix quickly! what more can you ask.
Down loaded this and it won't open on my phone. Of no use if it doesn't work
Easy to do saves me time. And I can do everything but deposit cash from home.

Old APP worked and LOOKED great. New App. Works Fine, looks terrible. Hard to read. Picture capture for deposits is terrible now. You folks. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I use to say your app is better than citizen's bank, but now, notsomuch.
