There are bugs in top-up mobile bill. First, I can't top up 1000 Ks to the same ph no. twice (It shows error). I would like to top up amount 2000, 4000 Ks, etc., but there are only options such as 1000, 3000 Ks. And then, whenever I take number from contact (ph no. book icon), app is always out unexpectedly. Please, fix these errors.
This app is doesn't work. Please solve many Bug error. Want to use but I don't. You must care your customers.
Inconvenient to access certain functions very often. (For the moment, I've been watching the loading circle for 3 minutes) Need developments to be more reliable as a mobile banking app. Looking forward.
App is a little wrong! Pay bill is not perfect one example from cb pay payment to wave pay is not connected !! It's fate . I think this feature is should be prepar. By the way , another features are not bad. I'll be believe that feature you rewrite.
An average app until it comes to software update. I am on the vacation, updated the app and now not able to login anymore. Had to call the hotline and they couldn't help me too. Only solution being offered is now i have to go to the bank tomorrow to unlock my account to able to login again. What an inconvenience... should have known earlier.
The app is good but it urgently needs an option to add and manage benefeciaries for Fund transfer or save as favourites. The favourite option is available but doesnt work. It is not convenient to keep typing in the account numbers for regular fund transfers.
I have to login using OTP and fill my information everytime I want to use app, pls fix the issue asap.
CB Bank didn't mention that we are not able to use the CB pay with Mobile Phone Number. They can used only with CB account.
Very useful app for phone bill, transfer, other payment.
There are bugs in the app. After you factory reset your phone or you get a new phone, you need to go to the bank to log in to your account again. This is one problem. Another problem is during month end, the application is always facing problems. Suggest the bank to invest more on their back end infrastructure to support the peak hours.
Sometime, some features are not working properly/completely. But we only know when we call to call center. As a system, user can understand some downtime. But bank don't send noti or message that those features are not working or those are in maintenance. Card payment is not working now. And I know only when I call to call center.
Untruthful bank. The policy changed without any statement. Not easy to transfer via online either. If you keep your money in this bank, take it back quickly. Because the bank service is like one way service. Easy to keep. Never easy to withdraw.
Easy to use. User friendly interface. Need to improve security on transaction such as one time password method or more secure way (otp to email or phone) . No transaction interface or function among local banks so far.
Good app. Topup for prepaid card express both MMk and USD would be great. But now whenever wants to top-up, have to go to exchange rate and then key-in MMK. Not convenient.....
Wanna give even one star if I can. Useless CBPay. I sent cardless payment last night and now, otp for two transaction didn't reach my phone yet now and I had problems for that. If you wanna use mobile payment, I recommend KBZPay. It never fail for me yet. Stupid CBPay. Just stupid
Sometimes your sarver is not ok. Apps doesn't work properly. We don't know what are you think about this but this is very important to us who uses it. Please take necessary steps to solve your problems. Otherwise no need to continue this app. This is better to close it permanently.
It is not ok in this update.. After updated, app run like as new and cannot get OTP even filled the correct information... Call center said need to go to nearest CB bank branch and that feel like nervous and very bad.. App should store pervious data if want to give update.. Please dont update this version if you currently dont have time to go bank.. Thanks..
Not bad but would be better if detail rules like payment deadline for electricity bill payment was mentioned in the app.I didn't know that the bill can't be paid on the last day of the due date until I enquired it on Facebook.Other than that it's ok to use.
Can't create an account easily. I have been waited for a month for account verification. System is also complicated.
Taking long to log in. Never notice when app is not active. Take advantage of crisis to get more downloaders of appointment at bank but users end up with disappointment of new feature which never work.
There are so many 'loadings' before login.First of all, whenever we open the app, we see 'loading' then 'loading' again and again,three times 'loading' before login page.And then we see log in page but we see first 'loading' when we tap login before pin code page.Now four times 'loadings'.Finally we found pin code page.then tap the pin code,we see again last 'loading'.Totally five times 'loadings'.Your old CB Bank Mobile Banking app shows the 'loading' only one time.You should fix this 'loading'
Now I can't enter my account, when I open the app. It shows the CB Pay screen long time and nothing happen to enter the password. Fix this problem!!!
Crashed Frequently, can't do Interbank transfer, can't check exchange rate, can't top up debit card. And plus you must request their permission to use your own card balance.
Inconvenience with update version download in my phone CB pay. During COVID-19 period, we prefer to use online transfer to own account or some other accounts for many purposes. But, I can't do anything today.
They have lifted the root restriction and I can use the app again. I'm ok with this new rooted popup warning. Please just don't put the restriction back.
It is okay for most of the time, but there are rooms for improvement such as letting users change their profile photos by themselves.
Great, even top up for phone bill, receive a bill voucher automatically in gallery. I love it, no need to go bank for mobile banking... Thanks a lot for this software😊😊
This is the worst app. It does not work.
The application doesn't work and I have to go to the bank to check. The bank also couldn't help, so came back home and tried again. This was the first time encounter. Now it happened again. Yesterday and today I couldn't get intoy CB pay account
