app worked fine for years then they did a forced update, now nothing works. They had to screw up something that had nothing wrong with it. I had to leave the job i was on because i could no longer deposit paychecks to take care of billing. this "update" will cost me several thousand in lost wages.
I updated the mobile banking app, now I can't get online to pay my bills or check my balance on mobile banking app.this is very frustrating after all these years without any problems, now I can't get into my account to do business.
App will not open. Been using this app for over a year,then one day it just wouldn't load up. Removed app an downloaded again, still won't open. I hope my information is safe.
When trying to get into my account information it shows me just a blank white screen. It said it had an update and I touched the update now and now I can't get into my account information
Fantastic service as long as bank computers are not down! Love being able to access and watch over my account! Notices quicker would be nice!
Not letting me log into my account, never had any issues until it said I needed to update now I can't log into it, very unsatisfied with the updated version..

Normally works great, but for the past few days it says no network connection, but I have connection. Please fix this
It was working ok on my android said i needed to update before i could open. So i updated and now it wont open at all.
Most recent update broke the app. "Application has violated security policies and will be shutdown."
Doesn't work since update. Won't let me log in or anything. Keeps popping up error
One of the easiest banking apps I've worked with. I've used it for years, and always had good experience. Update 1/8/21: For about a month, every time I open the app it says an error has occurred, please contact your bank. I have uninstalled and re-installed, and sometimes that works for a few logins. Please update the app.
I'm able to get the app on my Ipad to pull up with no effect, but it will not pull up on my phone
The phone app forced option to update App. Since I updated, I can no longer access my account on my phone. Problem is not with phone or my connection. It's in the App and its most recent update version. Is there away to solve this problem? Quickly? At least before the update I could pull my account up. Used this App for several years and now can't do anything with it. Its very inconvenient and aggravating!
Easy to use and great customer support for the problems I have
It's a really good app but now I can't even check my balance because as soon as it loads up it's like the screen freezes, you cant click on instant balance or even type in your password now. I've tried uninstalling 3 times still doesn't work Update: after the app was updated it won't even load up it keeps crashing
App keeps crashing at load screen
App no longer works, or will even open. It closes out even when the Feedback option comes up, so you can't send feedback if you wanted to. Un-installing and Re-installing is a waste of time and does not help.
I've used this app for years!! What happened when they did update it won't open up on my phone!! I've tried everything says something about security/ debugging on android phones turn it off in my settings but no such thing in my settings what else can I do?? And yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times already!!
Have used this app for a long time and since the update it won't open on my phone. It works on my desktop but I don't take it with me. Need this to work. I also have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same results. I can't put in my id and password it just says it is closing.??????
I've updated it on April 4th and now I can't update because it won't allow me to.
App is horrible after the latest update. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to load. I have at&t at 5 service bars on 4G network and it still takes several minutes to load. VERY DISSATISFIED
The app has always been great until about a week ago. Now everytime I try to open the app it says a error and to please contact my bank. I contacted the bank twice and t they say everything on their end is good and the problem is with whoever created the app!! WE NEED ANOTHER UPDATE PLEASE!!!
Needs more features like purchase notifications and the option to lock card due to unauthorized purchases. This is just too basic for a bank app I will probably go back to my previous bank or find a different one with more features Iike the ones I mentioned.
Doesn't work on Android 12 This app worked well for years, but now it only shows the logo and will not open. I assume it's not compatible with android version 12 on the Galaxy S22.
Used for years with no problem. It quit working. I was told to remove app and then reinstall. I cannot install this app. It just keeps endlessly loading.

[Bug] Guys whatever you did AGAIN. The app doesnt want to open. This error message shows up "A error has occured. Please call for assistance." This happen on my lgv30 just when i open the app. I cant get past this point to login. Reinstalling doesn't fix it.
