Woi woi ! Extremely user unfriendly. NCBA needs to benchmark with Standard Chartered Online Banking.
Update interface please Add other methods to authenticate biometric or QR codes

Love the experience
It does not require one to be roaming on Safaricom. Any WiFi connection will do. CBA also has excellent customer service, which I used after getting stuck on the self-help page.
This App is pretty decent because it allows access to accounts via a phone. Very forward thinking and innovative. Most people with a bank account have a smart phone so this App really is a peach!
The token is user frendly and easy to use. No need to move aeound with the physical token.
Convenient App as it works very well and eliminates the need to carry the physical token around.

How do I have an invalid username when it's generated by the bank's own systems? I don't trust this system, will stick to the ATM and OTC thank you.

Installed it on Android 6.0 Marshmallow - at the end when registering the token, the boxes for entering a PIN do not show. Please fix asap. Thanks.
