Message network connectivity error: server cannot be reach at this time. The app used to work just fine. Not sure why this keeps happening but it's super frustrating. I used the app for mobile deposit since i no longer live in ventura. One star until this problem is rectified. UPDATE: I glad they fixed the issue and the design of the app! 4 🌟
A problem came up for me. I opened up the Deposit a Check widget in the app. When I got to the point where I take photos of the check, the screen showed this weird warped image. It was as if the lens was rotated but didn't compensate for the new angle or resolution.
For the most part intuitive and reliable. Occasionally I will encounter errors when attempting money transfers and there's always going to be that "connectivity" issue.
Your app is stuck in a "loading" loop everytime I go to use it. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get in once. The next time I try to login it goes back to the loading loop. Please fix it.
Unable to log in after setting up my account. I used to have apple the app always worked fine, not sure if this is an android issue or not. Hope it gets fixed soon would like to have mobile banking again!
Always been very understanding very patient with me cuz I know nothing about computers all I have to do is pick up the phone and talk to one of them and they're going to tell me how to do it and I really like that. Everyone that I have dealt with CBC on the base Port Hueneme Naval base or the 1 on Gonzales Road good people friendly very professional I thank them all for their understanding and their helps
CBC is without exception the best and safest place to have an account.. either savings or checking or any other. Staff is friendly and competent. I have been a member since the late 70's. I would not consider any other bank. Ever.
App is very confusing and not easy to manage to pay your bill and see progress. It shows wrong information also.
After the last update, it took a turn for the worst and now I can't login to my account, everything I typed in was correct because I used my info login to sign in on the website. Please fix this issue
This app is not usable since last update. It has been too long and still not resolved. Unable to do mobile banking. Will close my bank account if not resolved soon. One star is one too many.
It was working fine before, but now anytime I want to log in, I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it just to log in. Only let's me log in once without issue. Please fix.
Message "Network Connectivity Error: Server cannot be reached at this time." is always returned regardless of network or time of day. One star until issue is resolved.
He hooked up to my fingerprint scanner on my phone easy access quick reliable give me your alarms and warnings just an all-around great easy access to my banking 10 out of 10 rating for me if I had to recommend someone for a bank in the app to use for the bank CBC would be that make an app
That was my first experience: Awful app, never works. 🤪😝😠 This is Now: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Now l can give them truly 10 stars.👏👏 They did fix the issue and everything are working great. 👍👍👍👍😀😀😀 Next update will be in 6 months🙏
It has potential but after my initial login I'm unable to log in any time after it keeps saying trying to connect and then will try again later. Please fix this I would like to have access to my account
Error connecting..see all the comments saying the same thing. About a month or two ago this app failed. Not sure why they aren't fixing it.
The UI is not very user-friendly. Frequent issues with signing in or the app not working.
Been with CBC over 30 yrs, and very professional every time, my choice over the Ventura County Credit Union which was not the best, so I switched and never looked back! Beverly :-)
what is up with this app !! who has time to uninstall and install over and over in order to login.... otherwise stay stuck on spinning loading page forever !!
Its just a pain to get things to work like getting statements to pop up most times noting happens and that's if you can ever log in.
Someone contact the app developer and have them fix the login procedure. App used to work fine, now you have better luck using a internet search engine.
I've enjoyed banking with the mobile app. I'm pretty basic tho. Dep. Trans. Pay. Question. Or dispute. CC statements it's comfortable.
The app worked at first, then updated in July and hasn't worked ever since. Please fix it!
If I can give zero stars I will. It won't allow me to log in ever. It keep saying my internet may be slow or network connectivity error.
Every time you update your program I can't login!! Very annoying that I have to call to make transaction.
Works just well enough to make it worth keeping. Takes forever to load or log me in and it's just a hassle to do anything but check your balances
It's much better than others banking app I use what I really like about the app it's easy to use . And you can do all your banking right here thanks.
Can't deposit checks with the app. Always stuck with spinning circle of dots (loading). Have left it running for over 5 and 10 minutes multiple times and it never loads. Tried reinstalling and it still happens. Horrible app.
