Hondstly worst experience.. am a new customer and downloaded the app from the ads and trying to sign up there's an error in the security check however am typing it right 100% and when i reached to the chat support i found no reply at all.. i don't recommend downloading the app or even dealing with this bank
Don't instal this app nor try to open your account with this bank they cut the amount on your bank balance without knowing you and also his statment is also froud it not match if you camper this bank aap statment to your transaction in my case total amount is 1800 and i have send 1410 so remaining balance is 390 but in this aap it shows 379 and also dont show where this mony gone and customer support is also not good and aap run very slow 😡😡😡
I love this bank and its mobile banking also the application.. very convenient and friendly user.. i can send money to my country for free and high rate same as google rate.. thanks and more 💪💪😇😇
What is the problem with the app right now I can't get through login and even when I do, the transaction freezes. It's very frustrating.
Very delayed transfers, It usually takes 10 days for money to reach the beneficiary. Customer care executives are not helpful either. My issue is still not resolved despite telling the staff that its an medical emergency. Very very poor service from CBD
Opened a current account and the service is smooth. Getting alert for each and every transfer/credit and debits. Gonna use this for my salary account soon.
CBD app is most easy app to use and even everyone can use it. CBD cares its customers from every category by making app more easy and even low class people can also use it without any difficulty. Tnx CBD app.
App is not working at all! I have been trying to open a current account (as it claims that you can create an account very easily). But it will always just say that something went wrong, try again later. Tried thousands of times, but does not make me open an account!
Hello it is posible to log in my acocunt in my other phone. I tried it but its not working. Its keep showingive entered wrong details. Please help me i want to log in my other my account. Thanks
1. Cridit amount are not reflected into mobile app. 2. Live chat section always minimise while chatting with live agent 3. Removing of offers any time without notifying custimer directly. 4. No sms or alarts for amoubt cridted. Attracting customer with offers to take CC and removing the offer before time.
have any easy option to contact with customer care service because this one is not good working plz do something this is very bad experience for me we have tention of 2 3 days

I am so disappointed with the App, I wasn't able to activate my account it is quite hard for the app to recognise the EID I kept on right position but still fails to upload and there's no option to enter manually the EID details or upload a photo.
It's not good experience. Before nine days l open my account but i don't get debit card so what can I do now.
After last update of the App. The reward page is not opening and I can't see my using of the card or to get my reward
Horrible experience, their customer service chat bot "only works for emergencies" so they would never assist you, the other option you have is to stay on hold over call. Everything is so difficult with this bank. Rest of the banks have instant remittances these days, you have to wait days for this bank to make transactions. Horrible experience
Rewards window not opening, was fine before. I sent emails but no one replies!

Just got my card and activated it through the app. So far the only issue im facing is that the application is super slow, it really takes a lot of time to load in each stage and sometimes lagging, starting with opening the application, then going to log in page,and by clicking each option in the app. It should be way faster and smoother to use. (my internet connection is very good and everything else works just fine). Hope there will be a very soon update to make it faster.
Not sending OTP by SMs or email for confirmation . victim of unrecognized transaction twice
Hai recently my visa got renewed and I have to update my Emirates ID but the app is not responding since the pattern of Emirates ID hence my Emirates ID is not being updated in the system. Request you to kindly update your system so that Emirates ID can be uploaded. Overall the app is awsum

Not so reliable. In time of emergencies you cannot count on their service. This is the only bank I know that takes holiday on online transactions. Customer care are too difficult to reach. Also, they will offer free "Current Account" but really not, they charge monthly.
