CBE Mobile Token

It is poor app. As far as it forces u to go to the counter to fill form and bow down to activate the app, it is not mobile app. The self service web is not active. It did not allow u to activate on mobile devices. Please, be progressive and simple to access. We are in 21 century

I really can't get why such a gaint bank like CBE(one of the best bank in the country) would have such an ugly user interface. You should really make it atrractive,simple and user friendly. Specially considering most people in our country wouldn't use it if it is complex.

Very disatisfying!!! It is a complete trash and time wasting as u have to go to the bank in person to get a code. Why not make it accessible automatically? Poor!

It does not work especially from out side of Ethiopia . So stop using this app in such erratic way and work to make it workable. Otherwise knowing CBE huge shortcomings in delivering the normal services,currently, adding this in the mix will give another negative image for the company. Go on your own pace and sharpen the apps and the whole internet banking system. By the way where is the partial privatization...?

I got the App when I open it It says «Log in» When I press it again it says « Please Enter Your Download Authorization Key» My Question is Which Authorization Key??!! Again it says «Search in SMS Inbox» Anyway is it one way of Sensor?? So I decided to Rate Zero... But the least Option is one 🌟

This token application disturbs my mobile banking. Now my mobile banking is not working. And also I have not get the application from play store. Please reupload the application on play store.

It says, it is not compatible with my device because it's made for an older version android, common upgrade your app :(

Hey guys Let me give you some tips about the apps There is two type of apps that cbe developed. 1.cbe mobile Banking (this one is type of mobile Banking which works by internet connection. 2.cbe mobile token ( this one only used for one time password. So that the mobile token is not mobile banking app it is soft token which used to generate one time password after you registered for internet banking service. Don't be confused

It good app, please increase the no. transaction from last 10. That improves the functionality of the app very much.

This one is islands of authentication and verification number. Non sense.

I was downloaded but freezedd & disappeared. It was good app, so I will give comment after installed & got its use/functions.

Where can I find the activation key? Considering the current situation with COVID-19, it is a must to use this app. So please make it easier for users.
