CBG Mobile App

The app has no way of resetting a forgotten password. Meaning, no user can use the app again once they loose their password. Thats pretty bad.

The app needs to be reprogram because it has a lot of problems..like login, confirming email, force stopping and lacks other options like school fees payment

I am stuck with where I have to create a password... The hint button is there but when I click on it, nothing happens.... And my password is rejected several times even if I change the styles

Anytime I tried to login it keep on telling me 'unfortunately CBG has stopped'. I think the management need to update this app and their system. Thank you

When signing up they ask me to confirm my email and number, when i enter them and click on confirm, it says information dont match. This bank is headache

This app must be removed from playstore... its a complete waste of bundle to download and use. So horrible

Works perfectly. Has so many awesome banking features like international transfers, Mobile money and ability to reset your ATM Card PIN. Love it!!

Good apps but should have more options like e-statement access, Iban and Swift code. Mobile Money should be able to provide the name of the mobile number account. Etc

Need so much work on and upgrade. Log I mobile money issues, and a lot more. It has to be re programmed

At first it used to be Good but now I can't log in anymore, this app needs to be updated.

Credit balance is far different from bank statements.
