App is very excellent though there are certain areas that can be vastly improved. The app keeps running in the background even after you exit and close the app. This has been noticed from recent times and was not an issue previously. Also the touch login is buggy. It works but mostly the first time you try it shows "touch ID not enrolled" and then if you try again it will log in. The transaction failed message is not detailed enough and there is no way of knowing why it failed.

App has gotten better. Constant refreshes when clicking across screens, causes eye fatigue. Also no dark mode.
In transaction history screen. Amount is duplicated. The 2nd number should be total balance at specific transaction. Edit: also need option to hide the balance.
Sadly , after the latest update the app become very slow and irresponsive I don't like many updates every month. Stop missing with this app please , it was working better last year

"Unfortunately, CBK has been stopped" this is the normal msg if you install the new version of this app. I deleted it and reinstall it many times, I reset my phone to factory reset, and I installed it in a new phone, but the same problem is happening. The old version was better than this bad one.. I hope they can fix this problem soon.
The app has many usefull function that lead to have full control over my account

I updated the app yesterday and since then it does NOT work .. I tried to call the so called "support" and it was a total waste of time and effort .. they just repeat copy-paste replies or act as if they don't understand the problem .. the problem is YOUR APP DOES NOT WORK WHEN IT IS STARTED AND SIMPLY SHUT DOWN and an advice to customers: if you have a problem with the app don't call them .. it's just a frustrating experience with no real tech support or results .. it's just a waste of time

After installing the app on my new phone with Android 10, The application does not allow me to log in, It just shows me the loading symbol. After uninstalling it and trying to log in many times, I was finally able to log in but the app will not allow me to use Touch ID Settings. Every time I try to activated it it says "no mobile registered for profile. My mobile IS registered and I get sms from CBK messages all the time. This is very disappointing.
The app was very useful when I first installed it. But lately I have 2 issues. One it does not process Mobile bill payments. Keeps giving msg to try again later. Secondly it does not give fingerprint option to login.
The app's online customer services has always been a good experience. No glitches, no other issues. Except that i get logged out when I stay more than 6 mins, which isn't really a big deal to me.

Please fix the system that is updated... It ask you to add ur mobile model and submit but the fact is it is passive. You cant click that. I entered my mobile model and still it doesn't submit... U can click it but u cant do anything after that submitting is not working. If there is no update soon i am gonna uninstall this app... π€π€π€π€ Too much frustrated....

The recent update made the app very slow, it takes a long time to get logged in and to anything. Please patch it up.
Hangs, much times. Improve quality. Every time took more than 12 hours. To fix the problem
After updating the latest version, am not able to run the application, even it's affecting the mobile and freezing the whole thing... Please check out the bugs or update it again!!
Great app, very useful, could improve if magnifying feature is added or increase size of numerals/ fonts, updates are very frequent
