It is easy to use good app, But its got issues. If your account is locked its a bit difficult to get the problem fix and it takes a while to get in contact with someone that can help. I wish that it would allow me to accept charges before they go through in some cases where I have to actually input my card information to make the system a bit more secure. I also wish there was an option where you can alert the bank immediately if charges occur that you personally didnt make.

Good app but it could be better. A lot of phone use the fingerprint scanners and face recognition, so that should be something added to the app. And I feel like the setup within the app could be better as well. could only get a 3 star from me until you guys do a better update with the scanner and setup within the app

The app is ok...but a lot of room for improvements but the app hasnt had a proper update for a few years now. The most irritating feature for me is the inability to screenshot transactions which is extremely vital in this day and age with the rise of online payments. Screenshotting is imperative.

The app works fine so far. However our doesn't show my credit card account information. I would be great if this can be added. Also please add fingerprint sign in verification. The last thing I need is another pin to forget.

Love the app simple design, easy to use and good safety features. Only thing missing is being ableton transfer to accounts of different banks. (Hope it comming soon)

Locked Out, and i litterally can't do anything about it! There is no way to change my password manually once ots forgotten, and contacting the bank never seems to work, as no one is ever available. I've been locked out for months!!

Very nice and the layout is real simple and easy to understand. Finally can look at my loan balance without having to pay $5 for a copy.

Needs improvement! I was locked out of the app the second time I tried to log in & I'm certain the information I entered was correct. We should be able to change passwords without having to wait hours to speak with a representative

Very informative. You can pay Bill's on line, check your balance and do everything online rather than going inside the bank. Very convenient

Good app, but I would like to get notified when money goes off and on my account amount other things that need to be updated

The time frame in receiving assistance is poor. Upon trying to log in I typed my information as clear and slowly as possible way before the 15min expiration time.

This app is missing key features: *Ability to make credit card payments in the app. *New Biometric API integration to allow face unlock.

this app needs a very much improvement a lot of improvement cause i can't log in cause it be saying something bout locked and i be putting in the right information and always does that

This app is very useful but there are still room for improvements... looking forward to seeing future updates :-)

My app only worked for 1 day. After that it just say new update available please download, n when it takes me to the Google play store ntn available to download. Plz help🙃

Its a great app but im trying to update it from the play store and the option is not there, so why is it telling me to update an when i enter the play store its not there

App is good, however notification alerts for transfers, deposits and withdrawals should be implemented on the next update

Cant update....every month its an issue and its never at the beginning of the week its always when i have funds coming thru

It's showing error not letting my sign in message says if problems keeps happening contact service provider

I tried it I try to get into my savings account and couldn't honestly it sucks!!!

Always up and running and shows all accounts and transactions.

Needs to have loan balance doesn't make since having online banking if u cant view.

Love it, if I have any problem getting in I call the bank and I get help right away. Very efficient
