My feedback to the email bounced. It was: The feedback button in the app doesn't allow people to leave written messages. So here is your feedback: on Google Play you should say that this app is only for land borders and not for airports.
I used the older version constantly. Everday and it was a 4 star. The new version which I updated to. Won't even allow me to access any information at all. I get an error message that it's collecting data and that's it!! I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times! Damn app doesn't work.
Crossed in Port Huron. Wait time was listed as 10 min. When I got there it took me 1 hour to get to the toll both just before the bridge. After going past the toll both the app posted time was correct. What's the point in using the app to determine fastest boarder crossing if the app does not take the toll both wait times into consideration. Makes the app kinda useless.
The wait times are not remotely close to being accurate. This application has been a total waste of time lately. Always has error messages aside from not being close to accurate time wise. Would say don't waste your time or phone storage on this app.
This app used to be useful but now I can't get it to work after recent upgrades. Friends who have iPhones get it to work. I have Android so that may be why but all I get is Data Not Reachable error message saying the site is having technical difficulties
No update since 2018.. multiply Calexico wait times by 3.. They're not slow, it's just too many people crossing over.. Andrade could use more lanes to keep up with the yearly increasing amount of people and vehicles crossing over.. Overall the CBP officers are doing their job and are always professional. the one star is for the app. not the agents..
This app is so inaccurate, i relied on this and it has failed me almost everytime, like tonight, it said at 8pm 30 min wait, so far from the truth its pathetic, more like an hour and a half. sometimes it says 30 min and there is no line at all, i wish it was more accurate. i wish there was one that was at least closer to within 15 minutes. i gave it the benefit of the doubt for about 3 months now but it is just way off.
i have tried using this app several times and is garbage. the times never match the actual. like now have waited at a border for 2 hrs knowing it will take 2 more from this spot and the app has said 75 minutes since the beginning.
The info is not accurate for wait times and other info is not accessible such as ready lane requirements. Tax $s wasted.
You should at least update this thing through out the day and update the closing time to what they actually are after the pandemic made them close earlier than before. This thing updates like once or twice and that what makes the time all wrong it might of been right at 12 but it's 3 now and it still say the amount from 12 ok plus some of them are already closed when it still says open come on man get your stuff together or just close this app down
times are always wrong. maybe they don't count from where the traffic starts for the border which is worthless. if they say 35mins. it's more like an hour and 35 minutes. use to be on time for work unto using this thing!.
Was really hoping this would be accurate. At 5pm it listed the wait time as 100 minutes. I knew that wasn't the case as soon as we tried to turn from the main street and it was coned off. Started our wait at 6pm and eventually crossed at 12:15am, 375 minutes, not 100 minutes. Think I'll invest in a Sentri card.
The times are NEVER correct. I need to estimate my wait time for heading to work. This doesn't help AT ALL. It's either way to high or way to low of a wait time. And the number of lanes open are never correct.
Always gives incorrect wait time. Just waited 4 hours 10 minutes to cross and the app said the wait was only 60 minute wait time. Also the app said there were 9 ready lanes open when there were only 4 open. Someone needs to do a better job entering correct times
bad app it says 10 on all i undestand the line begins internationaly a few meters from the actual federal buildings this app only gives the waiting time from where the US AND MEX begings in reliality it suposed to count tru Mexican side that the lines are bigger DONT RELY ON THIS APP
App itself has a lot of promise, but times in our experience WAY off. Can either add camera feeds or at minimum more accurate times updated more frequently.
Completely Inaccurate! It said 70 minutes to cross.....started 185 minutes ago and still have about 30 left. Don't waste your time on this app. AND THE GOVERNMENT SHOULDN'T WASTE TAXPAYERS MONEY TO BUILD SOMETHING THIS WORTHLESS.
Like most things created by a US Government agency, this app is poorly designed and missing vital information. There are so many better sources and apps available. I should have known better than to waste my time.
This only gives wait times entering the US. Since I usually go into Canada and then come back to the US, this is about useless. I'll just use the Niagara bridge website that gives me real-time info in both directions
I am glad this app exists but thec accuracy is dissapointing. On several occasions the app would say the is a 60 minute qzdxwait yet it turns into a e.g. j5hour wait. Today, March 10th Sunday I arrived at the Otay crossing ...app says 60 minutes.... turns in to 3.5 h ours. Maybe selected crossers with their app could enter their own wait times in an efforthbn(hgggbbh to improve accuracy.
Wait times completely inaccurate. After months of checking border wait times I find that they are always at least double the listed time and often 4 times as long or more.
used the app twice in January over the weekend on a saturday. the wait times shown in the app were off by hours. this was for the ready lane and all traffic lanes.
I think that this app is not up to date... I've bien Wating in line to cross int the USA for more than an hr. and this app says the wait time is 20min... B.S.... don't trust none of these app's they are full of it...
It is an ok app but the times are way off. Whatever the times say triple it. if it says 60 minutes plan on 3 hours.
Unfortunately, I have to rate this app one star because the information about the hours of at least some of the ports of entry are incorrect. This should be the simplest thing to get right, and the fact that no one can be bothered to correct those things makes every other bit of data on this app suspect.
