Frustrating app won't allow me to sign in, each time I open it and try to log in it keeps telling me about my device is on airplane mode which it's not, I even went to the extent of uninstalling and re installed it back to try and fix the problem and yet still the same message keep happening telling me my device airplane mode is turned on, so I try on a next device and get the same thing. Does anyone out there have a fix please shear it with me because I have about have it with this app.

Can't check the status of my application because it keeps running me through a loop. Click agree to terms, then you are already signed in click continue, then right back to agree to terms, then click continue round and round.

At first I liked the App it was useful and gave me a view into my application process. but lately I cannot login to my application at all. I click login, it takes me to login.gov then reloads the same login page over and over it never gives me an option to enter my authentication key.

It worked several times, but now has trouble launching to the server for login. Updates for app are slow and does not populate with up to date information with efficiency.

Nice when its working. Now I cant login. Keeps saying I'm in offline mode and I need to connect to the internet and restart the app. Is this s bug issue? Please fix. Be really nice to be able to login since I'm going through the hiring process right now.

The app was working great, but now it consistantly asks me that I'm offline and the server is acting up. I have installed and uninstalled and have updated it, but still the same routine.

Not working. It says it has a problem connecting to the server. Has been happening for a few weeks now. It is useless at this point. Before that, it was working great!

Unfortunstely, doesnt have the option to verify status of preemployment process for people who do not have a USAJobs application (reinstatement). CASS system worked better.

Yo jarhead saw the review their app servers are fubar right now. Use the website side and itnwill redirect you to imo a easier system to use. That's the best i can offer rn for a fix /work around.

Worked once for me. Now it keeps saying it cannot connect to the server. Pointless app for now.

The hiring process takes alot of time and requires a good amount of attention. This app really helps understand where you are in the process.

The instagram link sents you to a personal instagram of some dude with the username customborder too 😂. Fix it whenever.

No big difference to CASS. I now have the ability to remind myself on a daily basis or wherever I'm at that my hiring process has not progressed. It does add the other hiring steps into the list, but as far as improving the process, I don't see it yet. Applicants can not use this to help quicken their process. It is still a hurry up and wait game.

So far its better then CASS. Glad they retired it.
