Worst app I have ever seen When ever I am trying login CBQ application using finger print, when entering code it skip first and third number and write only in the second and fourth numbers, it never worked for me... even I change My mobile from Galaxy S10 to Galaxy S20 but still facing same issue... due to this I am not able to use CBQ mobile application as it asks for code in different transactions which I cannot proceed.
this is head ache out of your mind you trying to first time register, then showing your mobile number already registerd. wow its amazing!!! its cool please fixed about this issue. even ill try put some different new mobile number. its same issue. please tell us how to fixed this. thanks and have a nice day!
1st time registering and the bank says my line is already registered and yet I have a new sim card. Why would you not provide a convenient customer service email address, the number you provided for customer care is costly. I would rate my experience as 1 star.
Its great but no log in option. Now i cannot log in mobile app because i register via username and password. Now in my screen is QID/Passport# and pin ? How to return username and password log in?
i have facing a issue while using cbq mobile when i am trying to credit cash in advance its showing no credit card found for this account 2,3 days ago it was showing... kindly do the needful thanks

i used this apps i think since 2017 or 2018, but my cbq apps is very different from your screenshots, there's no finger print, there's no face recognition, my apps only have QID number and PIN to log in, how it comes like that?, and also my apps is always updated.
Conversion rates are quite high even USD. It was good before but they have increased it in recent times. Not happy with money transfer features.
Mobile Application is bearable, it's the customer service support that is worst.
Easy to use. But why the rates are different in other mobile devices

Nice application but the thing the people who are on the visit visa they can not transfer money locally. For International transfer it's good enough.
Hi CBQ Team It's Brilliant, please also update option for second account incase some have Two bank Card, Now we can't login to another account at same mobile.
This app running in background and consuming more battery even the background restricted in Android 10 Samsung device
Im unable to make any payments using these app,im a post paid vodafone customer but cannot successfully clear my however much i try.

Very very bad experiance with mobile app . i send money but its take too long to reach on beneficery acount. If you call them it should be 100 QAR credit in your mobile .otherwise you fail to talk with them . now new drama is there for CB safe ID . you have to wait until bank staff is contacting with you.
New Bug : When I open the App in Android it opens and freezes. Cannot enter the app. Please fix it. It keeps happening
Latest update so bad, it's too personal. I have to allow every permission so that the app will work. Should be optional not by force. I am 10 years cbq qatar customer. I'm so disappointed with this update.
CBQ mobile app is not working. I installed d tried to open but not open for long time. It's very bad experience for me.
I can not access my account now because it doesnt send otp on my mobile number, I saw other people's review same issue with them but still the developer didn't made necessary actions. Tsk tsk.
Was encouraged to use the app for transactions. I used it first time to do an emergency international money transfer via Western Union. After 9days the money was never received by recepient. The bank tellers tell me they don't know where the money is. Told to wait 15days for dispute/refund resolution. Will seek other alternatives next time, not encouraging really for one to use the app. Really dissapointed.
