The app crashes. It's even difficult to pay or transfer funds, view transactions, etc. It always says, "The session is expired, pls go back to log in". It's rediculous! I didn't even opened it for days. It's really a bother. It still doesn't work even if I clear or restart my phone. This app doesn't even allow me to use the "go back" arrow or "back" button. I already reinstalled and updated the app and it's not even working. I hate how they underdevelop this supposedly useful app!

Before it won't let me any type anything, tapping on the blank to put in my username does not pull up my keyboard. Was able to work around this error by uninstalling and reinstalling every single time whenever I try to access my online banking. Now, its saying bothy devices are unlisted! This app is really degrading over time. Its really becoming. More and more inconvenient. Another thing, my credentials in the app does not work on the web, so how do I unregister my 'linked devices'

I like the app. However. I hope there is a notification or push message about incoming and outgoing funds to the account. Just like UnionBank. Everytime I transfer some amount to and from it, it sends me a notification of such transaction. It takes too much of an effort to log in the account just to check if our paycheck has been credited or not yet. I hope you can provide this little request. Thanks a lot.

Mobile banking is supposed to be convenient but this app is too slow and always crashes. When I urgently needed to transfer fund, the OTP takes so much time before i receive it. Right now i cant even check my balance, error message keep popping up and having internet connection issues, but my wifi is perfectly fine. This stresses me out . Appreciate if you can fix this serious issue asap.

This app always says check internet connection.. even though we got good connection.. it definitely needs to improve.. not convenient banking at all if you're not able to use mobile banking. App doesn't wanna let you transfer money online. If it doesn't have internet.. then how the heck i was able to rate this app at all?

Problematic App :( Cleared cache once because when I opened the app, it seems lagging in response. It still didnt work. Even signing up for an account is not reacting after clicking the Agree button lol You guys should have given us an option to use the web instead of just relying on an app that cannot give full service 😢

The app enables me to transfer funds, check my balance and transactions easily. However, The app can improve more by stating a pop up notice saying "Currently undergoing an upgrade" instead of showing "Can connect to the server, check your internet connection and try again", or the app can also send a text blast to users that the app will undergo maintenance upgrades and such. Hoping for a better online banking experience.

Good eve po kindly fixed this problem. I uninstalled my cbs app. Coz I can't received otp number. I start trying until now to transfer but its failed until I uninstalled the and installed again. . this is another problem again. Pop up message : "This device is currently not listed as one of your registered devices. Please remove one of your devices in order to register this device Kindly fix it immediately. Thank you.

This app is useless for non-ATM account. What's the point of doing online banking if I have to go to your branch just to fill out a form for the SMS pin. I've done that 2 years ago but I have not gotten any text message. Your branch is useless same as your app. I regret opening an account with you

I installed this app. Everytime i attempt to sign in, the Terms and Conditions appears. Then i click the 'agree' button and that's it. Nothing follows. The system hanged. How many times I've done this, nothing happened.

This app does not work. I don't know what is going on, but I have never been able to access my CBS account using this app. My login credentials work perfectly fine when using any regular browser but not through this app. It just kept saying that I entered a wrong username and/or password.

Not only is it heavy app to have on your phone, this is seriously inconvenient and it has too many unwanted features. Ironic how it aims to bring convenience to clients. I tried to log into my account, but it won't send an OTP message. I'm starting to question the safety of our bank accounts when we use this app. Please fix this ASAP.

My goodnes!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app a gazillion times and just now, I downloaded it and was trying to set it up and all and I couldn't even get passed the Get Started button! I couldn't click the damn button! Nothing is happening when I tap it!! I couldn't do online banking on your site coz it's asking me for a one-time password, that I don't know where to get and I also couldn't access my account via your mobile app! Terrible! Just terrible!

Trying to transfer money due to an emergency but I can't cause it keeps saying "session has expired" even though i was just typing for 10 seconds. After i was able to type in the account number it sent me a PIN to my phone number to verify the transaction but when the PIN arrive about 20 seconds later it then says that session was expired when I typed it in. To be honest the only use for the app is accepting money and nothing else because of this issue.

I updated the App then after installing the updated version, whenever I try to open the App, a prompt will show saying that I have internet connection problems/can't connect to the server. Tried, uninstalling and installing again but still shows the same prompt when I try opening the app

Was the mobile app down? I can't access the app and it keeps saying that i can't connect to server. I don't recieve any news of maintenance or any emails to atleast be reminded to do all our transactions before the maintenance. I also have a RCBC account but this never happens to me. They texted me always to remind us users when the app will be down. This is my first time encountering this problem. I can't even withdraw money for my investments. This is embarassing.

Its too diffucult to sign up, when I'm putting my birthday, there is no option to choose on the calendar what the exact date you must swipe all the way from the 1900's ! and when you try to pick it manually, the session will expire! and you must go all the back from start.

I had no issues since I got the online access, till 4 days ago and still happening now. I got an error when I open the app. It says, "there seems to be a problem in connecting to the server. Please check your internet connection and try again." At first I thought that it was my connection, but I can play COD and ML with no lags. To make sure, I connected it to the wifi, I can even stream online, so its really not my connection.

It's user friendly in tersm of features. Though it's an advantage that I live near a CBS branch, so when I encounter an error, it's so easy to raise my concern to the bank itself. But very handy in terms of transferring and all. Have used it for mutiple transactions already.

Investing on a useful and reliable mobile banking app will boost this banks profit nd customer confidence. The app consistently signs you out like every 30 to 45 seconds it does not dislay correct information (loan balances, account balances and transaction etc.). Even their CS via email and Phones will push you to your limits. Other banks are ahead when it comes to having a reliable Mobile banking app.

i was never able to use this app on android.. cannot even log in. after i input the username and password. nothing is happening. hope you can fix this for the convenience of your customers. ps. i can use the app on apple devices.. after several months, it seems chinabank savings does not hear the app users.. still unable to use the app on my android phone. your app is useless

I reported the current problem relating to the server, there was no warning text/email/notice that this will take place. App is still not working after a week. This is taking too long for a system repair. I'll update my review once this has improved.

Great app when you get use to it. Not that user friendly and will be difficult for persons that are not a tech savy. For any concern they may contact 02 884 7878. There help desk are very helpful and accomodating. :) Cheers!

CBS should seriously update this app for the conveenience of its clients. So much bugs to the point of even simple commands on the app is impossible. Signing up is problematic and very frustrating, it's already my second attempt to create an account for the online app.

If there is no star rating available that will be my rating for this app. I tried almost 50 times trying to tranfer amount of money to my other bank and cant push through because of "internal error". I tried paying bills and its completely successful. Bank account # is correct, have sufficient fund to do transfer yet this app doesn't work today as far as online transfer is concern. I will soon close my account and transfer it to other banks with better online banking system.

I accidentally uninstalled this app and When I re install this it says this device is not registered! What the hell! Update now i can't transfer! The OTP won't send in anyway!!! CBS you are a trusted banking company you shouldn't ignore this kind of problem! I need to transfer Right now! And i can't do that because you guys don't send the OTP!!!!! AND it is only limited time so i log out automatically! It pissed me off for this is my 7th time trying!!! Since 1030am!!!! It's 2:19pm already!!!
