CBS Sports Fantasy

For a pay to play fantasy it's not worth it. App is nothing to brag about and has gotten worse over the years, it doesn't parallel the website which is better. Just to click on your own score doesn't make sense as you have to click on either your team or the opponent. They don't put time into upgrading,one example they have the same default logos they had back in 2003. We are planning on moving to a free fantasy site next year. It will stink because we will have to somehowcopy all the records

I like the way the app looks and how much detail is provided for me to make start or sit decisions. However, I am constantly having to check that my pitchers are active for their starts. I do this at the beginning of each week and throughout the week somehow they end up on the bench again. Don't have that issue with other sites.

Same old s@$! after six months. Desktop app loads fine but stays unresponsive. Leaves me with smartphone app and limited streamlined functions. Told it is a known issue but no urgency to patch. Disappointing to draft via phone and miss stat info from desktop. Skipped CBS hockey this season because of that.

Coming from Yahoo Fantasy basebI am very disappointed by CBS sports app. Daily updates are lacking and things like basoc player adds/drops are not very transparent. Maybe the website works best, but as a fantasy addict I need a great app with real time pertinent info. I value the dynasty league capabilities of cbs and the flexibility in drafting with salary caps, but thats about it. Everything else is difficult to do and lacking on the app.

Commissioner options are more customizable than Yahoo or ESPN but the app can be a bit clunky, requires too many clicks to access basic functions and the draft room is notorious for crashing. Really unfortunate given the features especially for a site that requires $$$ for its best features.

Love rookie rankings and team updates....our league is a dynasty format and your player rankings are right on....app is easy to use and navigate even for an old timer like me.

For paying dynasty baseball purposes I would avoid. It has limited features that are vital to your league such as league details, selecting keepers, and most annoyingly, it still hits you with ads! There are free options that are better

$170 for a commish league which is fine.. but then they add advertisements all over the app and website. you would think since we pay id have a choice of turning ads off?

You need a simpler layout for fantasy basketball. I'm not sure what other sports are like, but I'm also tilted that you have to reset your lineup for the week, every time you add/drop a player. Be more like espn and more people might like the app, but for now it's doo doo...

Easy to navigate. Not as accurate or current as the website.

Having a bad exp we can't offer trades in the app when you tap on a player it don't select them it's frustrating please fix this

For a Fantasy platform you have to pay for this is terrible. Freezes regularly. No not just my phone or signal area, it happens to everyone in the league at the same times. Our draft not took 2 days this year. The in game interface is terrible. You can't just look at your match up and see which teams currently have the ball, unless you switch screen views. The list goes on.

One of the worst fantasy apps, i dont even know where to start, info doesnt even line up with website sometimes.

This app is riddled with problems and bugs. Freezes, delays, incorrect calculations, a black bar that takes over the screen for 15 seconds each time you want to view the gamecast, acting like I don't have an active team when I do, out of sync waiver claims. Honestly one of the worst apps I have to constantly use. It'd be one thing if these were fixed as the season rolls on, but they're ever present and ever changing. For an environment where reliability and stability matters, this is a bad app.

All of a sudden the app crashes and keep getting popups to close or send feedback even when it is fully closed. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Problem still exists. Used this app for years and now it can't be used. S10+ phone. Also only the top half of sentences for message board responses show up so you can't read any responses. What happened? The latter issue has been going on all year.

I loved how the app operated! Very smooth, easy to figure out. Recently, my lineup is not being saved after I make a change, the transactions are completely broken at the moment. What I mean is, I had multiple things pendings and after they were processed, it's still saying they are there. Won't go away, won't show what trades are accepted or rejected. You can't use the app in the current state it is in.

The app has a clean, inoffensive interface. However, it's quite barebones and still has a long ways to go. First, the stats are no comprehensive. They only show total fantasy points on player profiles and only 0s on their game logs. Player profile photos are outdated. No player comparison feature so you have to jump around the pages. No page where it'll show you which players are due to have positions updated. Trade reject and accept buttons should be separated by "counter offer" button.

This is by far the worst fantasy sports platform I have ever used and I have been doing fantasy sports since the days of Excel spreadsheet and newspapers. The interface is stuck in the 90's, the draft room is clunky and extremely cumbersome to use, compared to other platforms it is limited in what you can set up. You can't make lineup changes from anywhere but the edit screen and you've got to tap 2 seperate things just to get there. It's just horrible.

For the price that the consumer has to pay for this sports platform the product is terrible. The app doesn't represent the correct scores between oppenents and have encountered multiple outages during the football season. Save your money and frustrations. You will have a better experience on a free platform. Moving both my fantasy leagues to another platform next season.

First time commish, this app was highly recommended to me by one of my team owners. Really not overly pleased. Too many screens, too many clicks. Team names can't be changed, the app seems less than newbie friendly. Had several older folks in our league that really struggled during the draft. We can't seem to find the place where the playoffs are listed. Overall, very disappointing. Maybe its user error, but for $150... yeah. We'll be using Yahoo next year.

This app is terrible. It takes much longer to refresh than any other app I have used for fantasy sports. I always have to close, then reopen the app to see updated scores. Lately, it updates then immediately reverts to the last scores it shows me. In ither words, it shows the old scores, refreshes, shows updated scores, then immediately reverts back to the old scores. Junk.

We have had a pay league here for many years. For our pay, we get nothing but our history saved. No longer get a draft kit, still have to deal with ads. Constant glitches. Now, the game center isnt working. Great work. Playoffs and the app isnt working , awesome. Never any response from support. We will be printing our history and moving to a new server after this season. Just not worth the headaches.

There are so many bugs, its unbelievable. The latest bug is when attempting to put in waiver bids on the app. It doesn't get any aspect of it right, won't let it update your bids, or even delete or edit your bids and some bids don't show up at all. Its ridiculous we pay $150 a year for an awful platform with so many ads. I run another league on yahoo, it runs perfectly, is free and hardly any ads.

Personally not a fan of this site or app. For drafting every year there is issues with members draft room freezing. The overall layout is not as easy to navigate like other sites as well. You can't look ahead to upcoming weeks. It doesn't show a playoff bracket. Things that other sites do. The only thing that I would say is a plus is that you can customize your leagues more here.

I have 5 fantasy apps i use. This one is by far the worst. Takes forever to open if it opens at all. Constantly having to close it and try again. Most of the time when im trying to switch players in my lineup, I select the right player, but then it brings up a player I didnt select. Lots of bugs that need to be fixed

Menu system is clunky. Forces extra clicks to get deeper into menus. Would love to be able to click on players while deciding who to drop for waivers, FA, trades, etc. Not as many filtering options as the full website. No obvious place to see league rules/scoring (if there are there at all). There is a ton of room for more info on the screen, but instead, you have to tap (usually multiple times) to get to info that could easily be on the screen already. Please, ease, please let us set lineups for future weeks! If CBS just copies the Yahoo app, they would be much better off.

Worst fantasy football sports app of any site by far. This year 2020 in particular has been absolutely terrible. It started at the draft which took 3 hrs for a 10-team league because it kept crashing. Its been slow all year, and at times during games, it crashes. Then today, I can't even get on the site. I don't know what they're doing but they need to fix this app ASAP or we will not be back next year after using this site for over 10 years.
