CBT Mobile Banking

Edit : just updated and now cant even open because of new security errors.. just became totally useless!! This used to be a great app until you started not allowing USB debugging to be turned on. Now because of this app if something happens to my phone and it has I can't get into my phone to get all of my information off of it because this one app wouldn't allow for USB debugging to leave on. You are affecting everybody's entire life because of your one requirement.

The CBT app has limited capabilities compared to the larger financial institution's apps. The layout is basic, but sometime hard to navigate. Basic information like locating your account is hard to find, if possible.

I used this app for years and never had a problem. When I updated it and opened the app the screen was blank, not even the logo. I deleted and reinstalled it and still the same, a blank screen.

Updated my app on 3/28 after putting it off for a while. Now the app just opens to a white screen and will not load anything. Please fix! It was working before this last update.

Since last update I get nothing but a blank white screen. Zero stars. Having installed the app on my newer phone running Android 13 the app is functioning normally. The app has ceased to function on my Samsung S7 running Android 8.

After the update, I've been unable to use the app. After selecting the app, it just shows a white screen.

I have used the CBT app since day 1 and the only issues I have experienced were due to my error or a lack of signal. Occasionally really late at night the app doesn't work which I believe is probably some sort of maintenance. The app has improved tremendously over time and it's always exciting when I update and see all the new features. Its helped me tremendously with my money management! Beyond the app, CBT staff have always been great to me for over 20+ years. Love this bank!

It is not working at all. Fix this app. It is a app that shouldn't go down bc of people needing it for financial reasons. This is stupid. FIX IT

Very seldome works properly. Always gives me a pop up that says temporarily unavailable or the damn thing just wont load up. Community bank and trash app! Update. Don't change phones you won't be able to access your account. A year later from my 1st review and the app is still trash!

This app really is a Godsend when it's bad weather or I'm not well enough to go into the bank. When I changed phones and laptop ,CBT didn't recognize the new devices so I had to show it was OK to use them. A safety feature that's fine with me.

Worked well for a long time. Changes were made and now it will not open.

Eversince the new update my LG K51 phone can not use the app. It was fine before the update. It works fine with my older phone. On my new phone, it will let me put in my account info and password, the acts like it is loading. It wont finish the login. I get a message to check my network. My network is fine. I can go anywhere, do anything but the prog.

This app worked fine until I updated. Like others, I couldn't get into it after I did the update so I uninstalled then reinstalled. It is working fine now. However, when the app came up it gave me a choice to update and I chose "not now." I'm giving 3 stars because one shouldn't have to uninstall and then re-install an app to get it to work. Don't update!

When it worked I liked it, but one day it just stopped. Every time I click on it I just see a white screen until a little box pops up and says that it isn't working right now or something like that. I've been trying to get it fixed for like the last month. I would have liked to see an option where my account number or something popped up though too.

Everything functions and operates smoothly except for one minor thing which I've noticed is that sometimes after 10:00 p.m. to around 8:00 a.m. the app doesn't open sometimes I don't know if that's connected to bank hours somehow but besides that very easy to learn and friendly to use.

This app quit working. Please fix this! I need it to do anything... I live in North Carolina

Terrible, the app just locks up and freezes for days on end until you uninstall then reinstall it, correction after reinstalling it still doesn't work. Garbage app from a garbage bank with horrible customer service.

Would be 5 star if there was a specific spot you can go to to get your account and routing number. Also would be better if it showed your account balance in between every transaction not just after your last transaction.

Lovely CBT. Good update this time.

Always user friendly and in real time. Change made to how far you can look back at your history. Not a major problem as the bank does help. Very helpful staff

Simple and Acurate! Secured with biometrics* on my smartphone or tablet .Quick access to all my account details including up to the minute realtime transaction information. Aaand, there's No annoying features!🤩 I Love it!!

Easy to use just hate the 30$ overdraft fees

Since last update, the app crashes upon opening. I get an error message saying it violates security protocol.

Horrible! I thought that since I finally got a new phone that is compatible with app, I would be able to use it. I open the app and it only shows me the bank's logo.
