I have a business account and I'm unable to login into the app. I can login into the website no problem.
The log in home screen is utter garbage! The letters for your password are shown for only a milli-second and I can never get my password correct. Which is becoming a serious problem. The last version of the app showed the letters for your password for a normal one second period. And it worked quiet well, But no it had to be changed to a milli-second for the latest version. The rest of the app works quiet well to be honest!
Of course, having an app to do your banking with is nice, but this one is problematic. Twice now, I have had to delete the app and reinstall it, after having it work fine for months. When I open the app, I get an error msg that the service is unavailable or offline. THIS MESSAGE WILL LAST FOR DAYS!! This time, I deleted and reinstalled the app, but it still will not open. I am getting the same msg, with another ongoing msg, that it is 'downloading updates'. This persists far too long to be real
I don't know why you feel the need to make changes to something that was working fine. You know the old adage, "If it's not broke, dont fix it"? Ever since this most recent "upgrade" the transfer funds feature simply does not work. Just get an error message saying "please try again". I don't use it that often but I have tried it repeatedly since you made changes and it just won't work. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Still won't work. Please fix. Thank you.
Mobile deposits is what I would mainly use this for, but the frames are off when taking check photos. Had to try 10 times with different framing in order to capture the check in a way that would submit correctly. I recommend fixing that. Otherwise a fine banking app. Thank you.
This mobile app doesn't load on latest Android devices. It work well back back in Aug 2021 . This has been an ongoing problem since I have been using mobile app for almost 3 years. Sometime works and some time doesn't work . I am guessing , they want the customers to go to the branch
Complete garbage. It often displays an error message : "The data network is busy or unavailable. Please try again later. " The only thing that fixes the issue is to uninstall and re install the app. Pure trash.
Nightmare online experience A. Never allowed to see your own passwood B. Require account no. + user name + password. Who does that? We are forced to use over complicated passwords thus seeing as you enter or and option to see what you enter helps errors and multiple changing passwords. US government and B of A let's you see passwords and texts you a code for security that is so simple.
I would rate this app negative stars if I could...I have only been able to log in maybe twice since downloading the app making it impossible to quickly check my account balances or to make mobile deposits (which is the main reason I downloaded the app). I'm really disappointed and Zion needs to get their act together and improve both theobile app and their website.
This app used to work well for me. Now suddenly, I haven't been able to even get to the login page, says network busy or error try again, for the last five days, ridiculious. I'm in an area with no branches or ATM near me. Currently would give negative rating but one start is lowest it goes. Not a happy customer
Not impressed. I only need this app for mobile deposit of checks, which is everything it can't successfully complete. I've spoken with their help desk and even gone into a branch. Consistent shortfall. Every check deposit attempt is rejected.
It's ok. Good for checking balances, paying bills and check deposits....when the log on feature actually works; maybe 60% of the time lately. Really frustrating at times
Love this app. I can check my accounts in a few seconds, deposit checks,, transfer money, and send money through Zelle here. Very convenient and easy to use. I haven't had any of the problems I have seen in other reviews.
Practical and for the most part functional, but making a digital deposit can be frustrating because the image of a check usually is denied several time before it's just right ; I've an android phone.
Just as awful as always. Works once out of 20 log on attempts. Have to uninstall and reinstall every time. This has to be the worst banking app of all time. Even the website is 20 years back funky old clunky.
I cannot access into the bank account. The problem. I do not have a sign in icon after I enter my user name and password. At the top of my screen on page. There is a continue icon. I click and nothing. I have clicked on done... nothing!
The only thing that kind of annoys, is the fact you have to contact someone in order to reset password. Doesn't hinder the app though. Quality app.

App doesn't accept my log-in. Useless until it does. I use the same info to log in to my account through my browser. i already uninstalled and re-installed the app. It used to work.
Fantastic app! The only downside is that it's so fully featured, I don't need to experience the amazing customer service at the bank itself.
Very User Friendly. my only complaint is that i cant get the fingerprint reader to work with my Pixel 3. Everything else works perfectly.
Fix your app. I've taken a photo for a deposit over 7x and it's still giving me an error message. Don't understand why it's not working anymore. Frustrating...
I'm so glad mobile deposit is finally available. Unfortunately, the 5 dollar check they sent as an incentive to use the service can't seem to be read.
I love the app! It's easy to use and navigate. The app store team is very helpful and works hard to resolve issues that may arise with the app.
Update really slow spend almost all day trying to update new version. Thank you for the quick response been having problems with play store every day.
Vast improvements on this app. Mobile check deposit is fast, simple and easy. My complaints on past versions was that mobile deposits were very hard to do. This issue is resolved with this version.
