CBTx Mobile Banking

Needs a lot of work. Mobile deposits take way too much time and effort. You have to sign the check, put your account number on it, and write "For mobile deposit" on the back. The camera app requires you hold VERY still for 3 seconds or it starts over. If a check has any wrinkles, the app cannot detect it properly, and the deposit gets rejected. You don't know the picture isn't good until you get an email that it was rejected. Very inconvenient when you have a time sensitive deposit to make.

Getting a good picture of a check for deposit can be difficult because the app resamples the picture as black-and-white and often changes a shadow to a big black spot. Can be very frustrating getting a usable picture. Other bank apps use color resampling and are not this difficult. Otherwise, app is intuitive and easy to use.

Needs more features like the ability to pause/cancel debit cards in case they get lost. Or being able to get a temporary debit card number would be really nice, again in case of debit card being lost. Other bank apps offer this and more services.

Suddenly stopped scanning checks. You can turn off auto-scan but then there's no capture button so why is this even an option?! This app is now costing me time and money to drive an hour to make deposits. I might as well look for an online bank.

I was reading the other reviews, and I too, was having an issue using my new android phone to deposit checks. In the past I never had a problem. Then when I bought a new phone and I could no longer deposit checks. They have updated the app to 6.2 and now the issue of depositing checks has been fixed! If you had problems in the past with depositing your checks, do the update and it should fix the problem. DO THE UPDATE.

The bill pay system is easy to use but it is hard to edit the scheduled payment for each month. The scheduled payment has to either be changed each month or deleted and reset to a new amount...

This app is absolutely perfect until they modified it to where it took way too many spaces. I used to be able to keep it on my favorites bar but they effed that up.

I am very pleased with this app. I live 20 to 30 min away from the bank . It is sometimes difficult to get there. I have not had any issues using the mobile banking. Except muself forgetting to ck the box. Thank you for making this possible for busy people on the go .

I love the app but would like to see functionality in the budgeting part that allows for putting money in "buckets" or "envelopes" when categories are being budgeted so the unused money will carry over to the next.

Transfer to my savings account for my checking account was instant and as always no problems. Customer support is also great had someone from the main branch call me when I couldn't find my savings account on the app she fixed it after verifying my identity and the next day it was fine.

I have had nothing but trouble from day one with this app Im sure some of it is me but some is the app as well. Just got it fix and here we are again. NOT WORKING. needing to pay bill but cant.Not a happy camper.Please help me figure this out. WHY want it let me log in and keep me logged in, is it me , my computer, or the app????? DESPERATE!!!!!!!!!!!! help please!!!!!!!!I I'm about to get upset over this and go to another bank ......If this cant get right...

Always having issues with login. Everyday. I'm not the only one either. If I need to know my balance I better revert back to olden days instead of rely on this to help me check. Always down. Please fix.

Most banking apps are confusing and a bit redundant. This one is, as well, but on a much lighter scale.

This app is amazing. Saves me a weekly trip home. I can deposit my check two states away. This is the best app on my phone. Love it!

Problem depositing checks sometimes. Always have to put in password which is irritating. I've started using bank of America more. Much better app.
