This used to be the best banking app for me but since all these updates started coming up its now pretty much the worst. Half the time it tells you that "services are temporarily unavailabe" when trying to login. And on days like today it tells you to get an update to be able to continue. Only to find out that you already are on the latest version of the app, but still failing to login. Put more effort with this app.
Another update on 11 March 2022 and the system stops working. After the update it is now worse. I can't make payments for my cimas premium. No joy from online call centre who repeated tell me to try again. An update should not be retrogressive but in this case you out did yourself. The convenience is gone and its more frustrating. The banking halls are not offering any solution, keep referring me back to touch which is not working.
Everytime I try to login app requests for me to enrol my fingerprint but it fails and wont register it. I am even verifying with the OTP but still it wont register my fingerprint. I am also failing to deactivate fingerprint login, it continuously says fingerprint mismatch
Worst update ,the previous ones were efficient not this one. It's failing to submit the transaction details and it just freezes
The only hitch with this application is that every time you update it you have to sign up again and gosh our poor internet connection stalls everything
Please do something about this latest update. I have the latest update but I can't log on to my account as it keeps saying I need to update. Thumbs down this time to an otherwise great app.
Plz include the feature to pay my zol account on your app.I can't pay my zol account direct on your app.Will be wonderful if you include it. Quite a good app though.
Its not working have been trying to login to no avail. How do you know the updated CBZ touch maybe I kept on downloading expired
Excellent app. User friendly. How do i activate fingerprint login? I did not receive activation code when i installed app on my device.
I am experiencing problem with CBZ touch application. Services are always unavailable. This has happened after the 11 March 2022 update of CBZ touch application. Can you do something I am meeting a lot of inconveniences
Its always down. Such an inconvinience. Thought after the update it would have improved but instead its worse than before. Terrible service
Not happy at all with CBZ Touch services Each time you upgrade ibsuffer heavy I can't pay my taxes Fees Bills etc. I can't come to the bank either . Very inconviencing.
Good app for accessing funds and transactions in e banking. Still the most appropriate tech in banking.
Waaaaal, what a useful app? Easy to manipulate. Access to all my accounts, feeling secured.

This app is so good but this days is so stressed we are struggling to login .what is the problem we buy data but we cannot go thru please help us TEAM CBZ ...we are proud of you but this days your app is not working very good 😔
Really easy to to use and it's convenient. There is just a slight problem though, international transactional operations seems to be a problem when one leaves Zimbabwe, I found it impossible to use the app to perform any banking transactions on the app.
