CC Band

Can't tell if the app is great or not. I got the watch and it won't show up in the app sync page. I have bluetooth on and refreshed the page several times. I even factory reset the watch... So since I can't connect it to my phone the time and date are all wrong. On the plus side it was for my 5 yr old daughter who hasn't learned how to tell time yet... she just wanted a step tracker and watch like mommy. So this one was cheap and "pretty" lol.

Worst app ever. This is the hardest app to since my watch with. I only connect it 2 times a year. Daylight savings to adjust the time. It never connects my watch and app. Keeps vibrating my phone to let me know it's running in the background. I always uninstall it after I get the time changed. If I didn't have to use this I wouldn't!

Not sure with everyone else, but my watch is working fine. It's connected to my phone. I have the samsung note 10+ 5g so I don't know if that makes a difference but working great. Bought it 2 weeks ago. I would have loved if it had a volume control so the vibration of the alerts is stronger because at most times I cant feel it vibrate on my hand.

Where to start. Got a new smart watch, downloaded app. Unable to register for an account, keeps flashing red when I press 'Register'! App won't attach Bluetooth wise to the band, yet my phone can! So ive basically got a useless app for my phone, a watch i cant actually use, but it recommends downloading cc band. To top it off, wrote some feedback to send to the company, pressed submit, and guess what, that's right, nothing happened, yet again. Not happy in the slightest.

I am only writing a review because as I read others negative reviews - I realize the majority of negative reviews is from frustration over pairing & syncing. For some reason this works non-standard. Read the directions on your watch - mine is an app based sync, I did not need to pair thru bluetooth"first like with other devices. From there everything synced up perfectly, quickly. (Samsung - Android). Another complaint is permissions - do you want to access mail calls contacts? Needs permission

Band only connects when you install and set up the app the first time. It never reconnects after that. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app just to get the band to sync once is pretty terrible. Not to mention it won't keep your activity history once you uninstall.

Used with iYoyo fit. Its a very basic app which shows heart rate and steps. Hisorical graphs are a bit small and difficult to read. It would be nice to have a feature which showed the type of exercises recorded on the band in minutes

I think this watch is a scam. Won't pair with watch in the app though it says it is paired, but I can't do anything like sync my details or change the clock. It keeps saying there is a Mac error and keeps asking me to pair, but it apparently is paired. I reset phone and watch. Made no difference.

Won't connect with Bingofit tracker. So the tracker is now the sum total of useless! Apparently, it works if you grant ALL the 'permissions'?? Really? Photos, microphone, files, etc? For a child's fitness tracker? Umm. No. Uninstalled and Bingofit returning to Amazon.

Okay I've seen everyone complain about syncing and whatever else. FIRST OF ALL. STOP. Now, unpair the watch from your phone and go into the app and bluetooth it from there! Yes it asks for your permission for things that okay. If you want music just hold your finger on the remote media option under settings in the app and then choose what app you want it to play music from. And so on. Comprends? Not everything is done simple and sometimes we have to use our brains for once and figure things out

Bought a 2nd watch for 2nd child only to find that this app is no broken and neither watch will connect. Main issue being that this means neither will show the right time. Keeps showing MAC address error. Fix this please. (To be clear we have been happily using a watch and this app since Sept). Thought it might be to do with updating phones to Android 11 but have you d an old phone and it still doesn't work.

Changed to a new phone and the app no longer works. Despite deleting from old phone to transfer to new one. Cannot read and sync the Bluetooth so watch is useless now.

App won't connect to the watch.. I tried it for hours and so many options (reset everything, shut down smartphone and tracker, uninstall the app...) nothing worked and the steps it count are not the steps I do in real life..

Terrible app. Can't sync watch at all because Mac address can't be found which is a known issue with the app. Contacted through feedback tab on app. No reply. No customer support. Now know why this apps rating is so low!

Very tempremental app, had difficulty with syncing time to watch. Found that unlocking all permissions fixed the issue. Did this, synced, and then immediately uninstalled.

Since the app won't connect to the watch the whole watch is useless, because you can't set the time or customize anything. Total waste of money.

Cannot pair watch, MAC address does not work. Yes I did follow the instructions for pairing. My daughter's device worked but mine won't. Feedback form in app does not work either so cannot contact.

Sorry to have to agree with all the other reviews. Honestly would have gone negative stars if it were an option. This app should not require the permissions it's requesting. I will be finding a better alternative. As for your questions below... i wouldn't know, could not get it to work at all

Unable to connect with smart band. Although I had switched on bluetooth, no device (smart band) was found. Please fix this.

Poor app, junk watch. Does not link despite pairing with the watch. App only to be used on phone but not tablet. No regard for privacy. No need to access my contacts, photos or record my calls.

What is wrong with your app !! I just got a new watch and it doesn't connect property and keeps loosing connection this is ridiculous I paid so much for my watch ! Can someone advise and sort it out because I have to complain now and probably return watch which I Iike !

I keep seeing bad reviews on this app. For me, this app is excellent and I guess some other people have problems with their phone or somethin like that. Personally, this app is great and you should give it a second chance. :)

Not even this app doesn't work at my Myria Fitness Bracelet anymore. I doesn't connect to bluetooth, cannot take pictures with it syncronized to my bracelet.

Help. My replacement won't sync with the phone. It is stuck on the wrong time and can't be changed. Help. This is useless

Pedometer is WAY off. I slapped my leg twice and the pedometer said that I took 25 steps. If the pedometer is this far off then I imagine that blood pressure and heart rate would be as well. How can the app use inaccurate information and be considered reliable?
