Installed. Blue screen. Does nothing. What a big disappointment!
App installs...blue screen and nothing. Seemed like a good idea...
I use the URC SYSTEM in my house but when i try this it just brings the background image ano nothing more
The remote app connects to my MRX-2 just fine, and downloading the programming was easy enough, but some buttons are way flakey. The buttons I added under the "other" section, such as my activity buttons and specific commands for my equipment, are very unreliable. They have to be pressed 3-4 times to register a command. The transport, playback and other pre-built button groups in the app appear to work just fine. I have a Samsung Note 4 with Lollipop.
Doesn't work, only brings up background image.
This app is junk, completely worthless... Being told that it wont work with most integrated modem/routers (U-Verse, Comcast, TW, Fios, etc.) isn't going to fly with 99% of consumers. As an integrator I cant justify having to redo every single clients network just to make a remote phone app work. Other manufactures have figured it out, this app is premature, don't waste your money.
I am a Professional Installer and just used it on my S4. Worked Great. A little slow on sending to device but not bad.
I have a S4, and it will not progress past the curtain page, second I've that I've downloaded it.

It does not work.
So we have this for our restaurant and love it when it's working properly. My question is how come we come in one day and it works like a charm then the next it works on only some ... slowly more and more tvs kicked off then bam like magic they all are working again . Why is this happening and how do I get them to all work with the app again
