Customer service is really bad. Sales will tell you things support doesn't know about. Support person is really bad and arrogant. They will ship the phone at a point where you can't go back because they already might nhave switched your service. Please be careful about the unlimited claim given by the sales. That is not true. When you ask the service person.. he.may.call you names and claim he have been doing this for years.. basically you are stuck..
