I find that the site isn't always up-to-date. Sometimes debits aren't shown but had been made. Sometimes deposits made before debits aren't credited in time to cover the debit. Gets frustrating to know where you really stand.
Nice app! We use it to keep up frequently with our accounts. Easy to use IF you remember your password! If not, you have to call the bank and prove who you are and get a new password and basically make yourself look VERY foolish! LOL! Been there! Done that! But I love the security! 👍👍👍👍👍
Works about as good as the workers....which is half of the time and depends on the day. Don't try to deposit a check with app the branches will say the deposit doesn't exist in their system and will still take out overdraft fees when there shouldn't be... community bank is somehow better
Love the app. Love the bank even more. Very friendly and respectful staff. Clean environment. Always have chocolate and candy on hand.

The CCB online experience has come a long way but now they're cutting back on customer service by closing branches and cutting hours. I considering a different bank because I can be ignored anywhere for lower costs.

App works every time I need it, you can deposit checks right over the app with zero issues. Even transfer between your own accounts in seconds. I've never had a issue with mobile deposit, I have even had to go over the daily limit and a simple phonecall gets your max increased. Paychecks show up at 1205am that morning as long as your company puts it in at 1201am
