For several days now I can't log in although I have Internet, the app doesn't work and tells me to try later. No explanation as to why it's not working. Transactions don't get updated for several days sometimes and the captions and categories need to be simplified.
No live view on the history of transactions. You have wait for a week in order for the transactions you made on a given day to appear. Unacceptable in 2022. The UX and UI need to be improved. How is it possible that you have rating of 4.5 That is an absolute scam. So many people are complaining and you haven't fixed anything.
It would be great to be able to share your bank account details directly from the app - simple copy would be enough! Why do I have to switch between apps numerous times just to send someone my IBAN, BIC and Bank name. This is stupid!
I believe this app is created and supported by inexperienced students, because the functionalities and response time are unbelievable. I've used another mobile bank apps and this is the worst.
Lacks options like purchase history, previous balance, lately haven't been able to access it every other day
App was not working for few days..Currently push notifications failed with error 1051, so I am not able to confirm any payment..
After the last update, App can not be used, switching off automatically after few seconds of use.

Hi there! I used this app 3 years. But lately there's a problem, maybe in UI. When I tap on link 'show amount' didn't work as expected in BG. It shows me other page where information is not the actual and other options. In EN still work fine. So, please resolve this. It is annoying.
The app is cool and useful. I have two feature requests for you: 1. Option to automatically pay bills(with option to choose which to include). 2. Add municipatalities so we can pay our local taxes. Keep up the good work!
When you insert the code to enter the web always gives you invalid data
I cannot use the app. It says "New version available. Please update." But there is no update option, just a Delete function on Google Play. Upon deletion, God knows what i need to do in order to activate again. The process should have been a bit more automated..
Slow, clunky and shows transactions days after they are made
I like the app but I can't set it up because the EN button is not working, and I like it to work so I can make use of the app in English because I don't understand Macedonia
The app is telling that there is un update but there is no update an i cannot use it now. There was no issue after a mibile device restart. Е как да се свъжа с теб на телефона за обслужване на клиенти?
Good application. They can work a little bit on the design and the visiolisation.
Did not register my device at all or tell me what to do. After log in, kept saying for 2 weeks "Device already sent for registering". Bad UX.
The EN button does not work. I would like to use this feature. I will not use the app until I can have it in my native language.
A little dumb interface however does the job really well.
It needs to much phone space, every 2 mouths you have to update otherwise doesn't work.
Looks the same so will carry on using as a lot better to pay Bill's etc.

Broken after the latest update, crashes on boot.
Why there's NO such APP for Central Cooperative Bank - Macedonia? 11 years and still NO Mobile APP? Internet banking has such bad interface, 9 years old to be precise. Why?! Whyyy?! It's the only bank in Macedonia without Mobile APP! So frustrating! Why you don't share the same system whit our bank? Aren't you THE same Bank? Costumer care 0%!!! Such a shame!!!
No fingerprint option. No push notifications also...
At last an app useful, reliable and secure to do most of necessary bank operations.
Keeps telling me to try again later. No error code, no reason... Nothing.
The app goes better and better. Congratulations about the biometric 2f authentication.
The app maybe is OK, but the refresh rate of the transactions is terrible. It took more then 10 day to display transactions. No traceability at all. I do not recommend to use it!
