The app is definitely different from the previous one. It takes some time to get used to . It does ask for security questions which is beneficial . It's for the protection of my account to avoid fraudulent charges. . When I have issues I can call and receive assistance.

There's something wrong with the new app; it continually asks for security questions, often asking for the same answers over and over again, and never allows me to actually log in to banking mode.
