I have been using the Capital City mobile apps since they first came out with them (there were separate banking & mobile deposit apps back then). I have had no consistent issue with this one (which, contrary to some reports, does include mobile deposit) until lately. Now when I take the picture of the check the camera view is rotated 90 degrees. It turns out that the actual picture taken is "normal" but the view when attempting to align it with the check is off. So it still works if you aim at the middle of the check but definitely frustrating. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, rebooting, etc. with no luck.

I used to love this app but when they updated their website I now can't pay multiple bills at one time because when I go to the bottom to send multiple payments you can not see a submit button. So I have to pay multiple bills on my laptop. And for the past several weeks I have to uninstall and reinstall your app to get it to work. It just continues to try to log on and times out never had these issues before!!@@

app used to work. now everytime I try and log in it just gets stuck on the loading screen. if I do manage to get beyond that and see my account it works for about 10 seconds and then the screen just goes grey. Very frustrating, especially while traveling during Christmas. Please fix!

App turned craptastic. Which is unfortunate because it was once good. Previously the app did not recognize the endorsement on the back of the check; did not process deposit. Now will not take the picture of the endorsement at all unless you back out 1 menu screen then reload. Galaxy S21.

Exceptional since I open my account in 2004. I have no complaines. The custumer service is exelent. Associates are very knowledgeable. They have allways resolved the problems I've had, fast and accurately. Most of all; their all are very patient. I'm not to knowledgeable about technology, they have always explained me every step I most do in order for me to solve the problem. Besides having someone who speake spanish it terrific for those that can't understand English to well. Thanks to all.

What you see on the app isn't accurate to what's actually happening with your account, my work will make several deposits of sufficient funds to cover my purchases, the app will even tell you you're positive in funds, but as soon as the business day ends I still get charged overdrafts fees, I can literally cover every purchases I make but my deposits will be held so I get charged or it will process charges that happened later than previous ones just to increase the amount of overdrafts

it's constantly hanging up in loading mode & also not closing if you try to go back to menu it stays locked on an uses up your battery. It gives message " Trying to log on very busy now " ! It uses up you battery because it wont go off without shutting your phone off ! I absolutely HATE it !!!

Android user Frustrated! I have waited patiently, uninstalled/reinstalled many times for 2 weeks now with no luck...Same issues as others, stuck on log in screen and IF it does sign in shows balance info then grey screen. No problem signing on through the website but not as convenient as mobile app was!

FIXED FINALLY. Working like it should now This app hasn't been working correctly since before Thanksgiving 2018. Most of the time it doesn't load at all. I have to close app down. Haven't been able to check balance or anything.

Ok App giving it 2 stars here's why. App would not log in, would just sit there and spin. After phone upgrade the app requires you to give it permission to your camera and a few other things. if you dont it will not work. You can thank me now😁

I have to literally uninstall this app 3 to 4x a week just to log in to my account. It let's you log in but never open up app until you uninstall it. Then the process you have to go through for verification of account is just too much. It never was like this months ago. What happened?

Sometimes it locks me out and I have to call customer care because it'll say my info is incorrect or my user doesnt exist.... when indeed it does and I put it in correctly (its saved also) other than that easy to use and navigate

Constantly crashes or won't load. It's down nearly every month for maintenance. I have never had the issues i have with this banking app with any other banking service I use.

i have uninstalled this app 10 times this week and reinstalled just to get it to work. think I'm changing banks this weekend.App crashes all the time. Updated info sometimes unavailable. False amounts shown. Tells me I have $5,000 but really a few hundred.

all and all its an awesome app i lived 20 minutes away from the nearest bank and now i moved an hour away from it so its hard to cash my checks but thankfully they added mobile deposits that are super easy to do even though it take a day for the money to go through but its a great app and all the representatives are very helpful!!

All I eant to do today is to mobile deposit a chevk or two if it works as it should. I have done this many times with the Ameris bank app. Today I want to do the same w ok yh the ccbg mobile app BUT the app choi is es do not match those in the insytuctions and there seems to be no one to help me with it tonight, on a weekend. Grrr! There's no customer service until Monday. That's no way to keep my business for long since I am not able to drive and I have to pay someone take me to a bank branch.

The mobile deposit function is not working. Everytime i try to capture the image the screen goes dark and there is nothing wrong with my phone camera. I have uninstalled to see if that fixes the issue and it has not. Can i get some customer service here?

Great Online Banking App, There is a lot that can be done right away within the app without having to call a banker or visit one of the Bank branches, not that calling or visiting a branch office is a bad thing and the option to live chat with a Banker is also very useful and helpful and there fraud prevention department is outstanding and quickly checking with the account Holder if they see anything at all that is questionable, great Customer Service.
