CCCU Mobile

I like this Credit Union, but they are way behind in the mobile app department. The new app for 12/2018 update looked promising, but that has been delayed until they get it right. I completely understand the delay. I'll be standing by to adjust my rating if and when the new update launches.

Terrible. Accounts are never correct. Mis-states fixed transactions. Fix the damn thing! Mobile is the future

Needs updated. Can no longer communicate. No bill pay options.

Always crashes...on the weekends have to wait till monday.. because apparently they don't work on weekends

Garbage, old version 5000x better, can't ever establish handshake. Would NOT reccomend. And the online one is not much better. Think community choice cu needs to get someone who knows how to set up a website and app like other institutions i use.

Is not reliable - stopped working a few days ago and cannot even connect anymore. Would not recommend.

Not reliable. Had to uninstall and reinstall 2 weeks in a row to make it function even though no updates were available.

I haven't even been able to use this app for days... also you cant make payments on your credit card through the app anymore so now you have to go through the website which is also not letting me sign in at the moment. COULD YALL DO SOMETHING???

Please update and fix bugs! Every time i try to open it says "error establishing the appropriate connectivity during handshake"

They took away the ability to deposit checks via photo which makes the app pretty much worthless.

My biggest complaint is the inability to take a usable image of an oversized check when making a mobile deposit.

I liked the app until they removed mobile check deposit. Honestly considering switching banks over it.

I've had this app for quite some time now. When it works, it's not too bad. It's easy to navigate, and very similar to the web version. There are frequent errors with the app and it won't open a good 35% of the time. Also, it does not have any bill pay options, so you'll still need a computer for that.

When it is able to connect it is not to bad of an application. It is pretty functional, just wish I could also do online bill pay from the app with an easy to use interface. I have had to reinstall the app several times, because it keeps getting a connectivity (handshake) error and will not open unless reinstalled. PLEASE FIX THIS ERROR ASAP!!!!

When I attempt to open the app, it's a 50/50 chance it'll actually open, due to "connectivity error during handshake" whatever that means. And depositing checks via the app is almost impossible.

I have to uninstall and reinstall every now and then because it won't let me do anything. It just gives me an error message. Also the mobile deposit takes some practice to get it working for ya

Great credit union, mediocre app. Too many connection issues.

This app makes depositing and withdrawing a breeze. I usually never have to go to the bank because of this application.

I hate that some of the transactions don't show quick enough. I can barely check my account since the "handshake" message is always popping up. Please update this app. Too many bugs.

Nice to have the app but i always get an error saying there was an issue during the handshake.. this get annoying! Please fix!!!

Everything is working for me. Love the camera check deposit. It works fine. Hopefully people remember to have proper amounts of lighting or the pics don't take. Keep up the great work.

Faster to drive to a close ATM then deposit checks on this thing (Lighting issues? Maybe it's just my phone?). It is convenient on the rare occasion I need to deposit a check quickly.

Always crashes. Have to pull it up twice just for it to work. Sometimes it doesn't work AT ALL and just simply says "error". Fix now

Unresponsive and doesn't update your transaction info. Absolute garbage.

Never opens and to take photos of checks is so slow

I was really looking forward to this for the eDeposit feature. Everytime I try, it completely locks up my phone. I have to take it all apart and pull the battery. Very disappointed.

Well this would be a great app if it worked well. Wanted to use it to deposit checks but was unable to log in. It tells me my password is invalid. Great, how do you use this app if you can't get into it? I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

Keeps telling me all my security questions and password is wrong when i know they are right

Only down side it stalls going to bill pay link.
