The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
GETTING STARTED
To use the Cornerstone Community Financial App, you must be enrolled as a Cornerstone Community Financial Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I've been a member for a little under 5yrs. and I have never had a bad experience with CCF. The representatives over the phone, in person and chat are knowledgeable, very helpful, and always pleasant. The CCF app is very user friendly.
It's a reasonably simple app for accessing and managing your accounts with the credit union. If you reach out to a member of the staff through the application itself, the answer very quickly. My one gripe is that it's not very good for finding be free ATMs here in Arizona. It has sent me to two that ended up charging.
System is secure and easy to navigate. Any questions can be quickly answered by an actual human.

My only account is my car that's financed through CCF, and the app works great and makes making my payment easy every month. The only thing I would change is for an option to be added so that any additional payment goes to the principal rather than just paying ahead. Even without that feature it's a great app.
Great app. It has more features than my other banking apps. It has integrated IM where they quickly answer/resolve banking questions. Can setup transfers to other accounts. They have specials (like higher rates on a CD) from time to time.
I'm enjoying the quick access to my accounts and the ability to immediately: check my daily transactions, transfer funds between accounts, and lock & reactivate my bank card at will. In the near future, I will try paying via NFC. Thus far this app has proven to be very user friendly and a great benefit to me.
This is usually an excellent app. For the last week on multiple devices this app will open, but nothing is clickable and the app is 100% unless. App is broken and needs fixed ASAP. Can't do mobile banking on an app that does nothing. Please fix.

Have had the app for over 8yrs very user friendly.
We used this Co. because before my Mother in law passed away she was financing the truck we had. I took over the loan and it has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. I will not finance another vehicle with them. All accounts will be closed the day my $3000 loan is paid off. The sooner the better. Will never recommend
The deposit photo capture for the back of the check is hard to take. It keeps adjusting focus and i have to take several pictires to get one that gets my signature clearly

Works well, haven't had any problems with the app in a long time. Makes banking convenient.
I got a new phone and I can no longer use this app. App is not compatible with the version of android I have now, only works with older versions.

The app hangs and will not update occasionally...but has steadily improved over the years.
Redesigned app eliminated fee-free ATM and branch locator function. Otherwise it's adequate to the basic tasks and handy for remote depositing checks.
Confusing, not user friendly, worst app for a lending institution I have ever used. Wish I never got a loan through here because the app is terrible
Very progressive Credit Union. Not thrilled with this app. But overall, I very much enjoy being a member.

This is the WORST credit union! Delay direct deposits, cashier check deposits. Incompetent staff for resolving errors. Find another/ better credit union.

Reliable, easy to navigate, dependable.
It took me 6 times trying to get my account set up threw the app. I like the simplicity of the app. Not a good place for banking in my opinion. My branch manager is rude and I just really could care less for having to go up there. The app helps with that end of it.
