Overall I love this app. Only sometimes I can't get on it. Last night, I couldn't. It said I didn't have connectivity. Which with all my other apps and with internet I did. I uninstalled,, rebooted, still the same. This AM ok.
Edit 2022: App is still trash. Currently I can't get into my app NOT because I have the wrong password but because this app can't "check my credentials and call customer service". If I didn't deal with cash, I would use chime banking. CCF is horrible, I miss F&M the bank they bought.
Takes forever to load the log in screen. Then when you finally get logged in it crashes if you try to do anything. Doesn't warn you when your password is about to expire, just locks you out. If you use Gmail you have to call customer service to reset your password because the reset password email takes too long to get through Gmail's security so the link to reset password has expired.
I really loved this app until I received my Samsung S22 ultra, now the app doesn't work. Just a small box in the middle of my screen. I have multiple accounts and used it several times a day, now I have to log into the website which is very inconvenient.
I have the same problem as the others that purchased a Samsung S22 Ultra. I just get a small ccf logo in the middle of the screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled and get the same. Checked all allowed permissions and think they are all correct. Please help.
This appt is a piece of junk. Can't even upload it to get into my account. the techs they got installing the new soft ware need to go back to school. Why can't they leave this appt alone, be easier to get into Fort Knox, they already have to many security procedures. Rate this appt a zero if I could.
Thank you for fixing the app. I have been using it sense it was released in 2012. It's had its bugs but overall I love it!
App does not work on Samsung S22 Ultra. Upon opening the app after install an error box shows saying that the app has violated security policies and the app automatically closes. Been this way for about 2-3 weeks now.
I love being able to access my bank account easily to check balance, transactions, pay bills or make a transfer. The downfall, I live a very busy lifes and I like to take care of things right then and there. Decreases a chance of forgetting later and potential problems later on. . There have been a few times I randomly needed my account/ routing #'s, always when the bank was closed of course. Adding the ability to access those numbers would save time and headaches- make it a 5 star app
App is GARBAGE!! Constantly telling me I enter wrong login and go to the website and it was the right login. Constantly needing to serve a two way confirmation when I login with my fingerprint.
Was a decent app. But bought the new Samsung ultra 22 and now it don't load at all. Just a little ccf box appears on the screen and that's it.
Garbage app that gets worse with every update. Constantly locks you out, and now they've "improved security" to the point of unusability. Security questions, password verification, and two factor authentication every time you try to log in (and security answers are case sensitive, better hope you remember if you capitalized the first letter)...just to be able to "conveniently" see your account balances in a crippled app. Seriously considering moving all my accounts to a different bank.
App is very unreliable not impressed! Always crashes when you need it most!
I'm glad this app will lock me out of my account about once a month for "too many log in attempts" even though I use finger print ID and don't log in frequently. Especially convenient on Sundays when the bank is closed so nobody can help me unlock my account. Would be a good app with a nice easy to navigate layout otherwise!
Horrible app. Not bad if you don't mind calling customer service everytime you want to log in. Bc it can almost never confirm your credentials. Been dealing with this for over a year now and they won't fix it. Thinking we are pulling our accounts from there and going else where.
Great app that just works as it should. The only thing that I don't like is being forced to change my password periodically with the only warning being that I can no longer sign in. It really makes no sense when I sign in with my finger print and you can be damn sure that I will notify people if my finger is stolen. Beyond that one annoying thing, it is a great bank that is always willing to help which is rare these days.
Easy to use, secure, makes transfers quick. Only issue is when you have to change your password, you can't access your account info until you do and it has to be done through browser and not the app--yes, it's trivial, but you wanted feedback
The CCF mobile banking app is easy to navigate. Transferring money, scheduling or making payments to billers, and checking balances is a straight forward process. Plus, if you ever lock yourself out of your account, and who hasn't, the customer service is great!
Not a bad banking app overall, but I'm required to enter my password even after fingerprint verification. What's the point of that? Update 7/27/21 App went from sort of bad to horrible. It now requires triple verification any time I log on. Including an unprompted phone call verification, finger print, and password. Really bad update. Terrible app. Try harder CCF. 9/27/21 update: I moved my checking account and savings account because of this app.
I can't even sign in anymore. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, updated my device, changed my pw and it still gives me an error message. Very frustrating.
Works OK. It is a hassle to have to enter a password to make transfers when you already authorized fingerprint security. The app is also unstable and a LOT of the time the system errors out and won't let you login. That is irritating.
This app is so slow and glitch. I would not recommend it to anyone. It also has a verification text it sends you if you want to access your account, so dumb. The camera for the deposit is also very annoying.
When opening app an error message appears. I hàve to restart my phone to get to open every time. Tried uninstall & reinstalling app to no avail. This app also needs a running balance after each transaction.
Update 7/26/21-app has more problems than before. Can't even get in. I have used 4 different bank apps and none have had issues like this one. Check depositing is a pain, half the time it closes app or does not see the endorsement and cancels it.
Does not work on Samsung galaxy s22 ultra... would be nice to have an update weather you guys are working on it or not
App is very slow. Would recomend banking somewhere else.
This app every now and then locks me out of my account even when i have all my logins correct and then prompts me to reset my password almost every month. It's so frustrating having to call the help center every now and then for such a minor issue!!!
Most of the time I can't get any further than the log in page. I know all of my credentials the app just doesn't work. I have even tried changing my password as if I forgot it and still can't log in. It's very frustrating when you want to transfer money from one account to another for a purchase and I can't. It's also embarrassing sometimes. Fix it please.
