Took 3 attempts to apply before went through still waiting on confirmation email for link to complete registration

Good gym, love the equipment is , staff are a great help

Payment failed repeatedly. But now it says I'm booked. So have I paid several times? Or not at all?

Has worked fine for me up to now to book classes etc - only issue was that some of the information was out of date - but haven't been able to access it Thurs evening/Friday morning (10/11 June). Is there work being undertaken on the app - the message on screen is not helpful. Very frustrating.

Easy to use and straightforward.

This app will not load about 80% of the time. My fibre runs at about 140 most and it says it can't get a connection. Very poor, cheaply made, very frustrating. The patrons deserve better.

Easily navigated and used

This doesnt work! Doesnt let me book anything just keeps me on the covid bit and when I press agree nothing happens. Place is open today and I dont even know what there is to book. At least put them on fb aswell so people can ring

I fill on every field when I try to register but it says "this field is required" (email field). Therefore it is impossible to register.

Bad - never ending loading times , buttons randomley don't work etc
