The good: it does the job, and does it very well. I've tried many cache cleaning apps, this is the best. by far the simplest and most efficient. The bad: not compatible at all with dark mode. keeps assblasting you with a million notifications urging you to do random stuff; you have to deactivate them one by one!

I knew CCleaner to be great on PC. I realized that it's pretty misleading on Android. I have a 4 year old model, with limited internal memory, besides each time I update apps, Android moves them back on the device memory, so I was pretty pleased when CCleaner announced me that he could free up almost 4 GB. But it really cleans 3 400 MB, and that's it, at the end it proudly displays an overbloated figure. I took screenshots before and after, the cleaned size is definitely misleading.

This is a reliable, easy to use piece of software that does what it is advertised as doing. I run it on all of my computers and tablets. It stops them from getting clogged and slowed down by keeping unnecessary duplicates, old versions and so on. I would advise everyone to atleast run the free version. Highly recommended.

I have the premium option and I thought I pay yearly for it. Last month charges me and today again. What's going on? Update: I found out that if you want to manage your subscription, you can do it with your google account (play store). My issue still is why I have been charged twice? And nobody is answering to these reviews. I cannot contact support because my email is not in their data base.. but I paid with paypal (email). I want my 2nd payment back, please!

Ads take over the screen and I have no control. They don't go away and the back button is gone except for swiping down on the screen but it doesn't work to get rid of the ad. I don't mind ads but not if they take over control of my screen. I need my buttons. Either the ads should go away after a few seconds or have a close button but I don't like clicking on some stuff. I always need my buttons though they should never be taken over. Otherwise I think it's a pretty good cleaner.

I like the app quite a bit. They worked hard to keep things running in light of the new constraints of the folks at Google. However, in one of the updates Automatic Cleaning got turned on and wiped out ALL of my APK backups. Very bad. You've created a small nightmare for me. I did NOT appreciate that.

I use CCleaner on my PC and I love it. I thought that the utility and safety of the tool would transfer to my android device. Not so. I just swiped right on a message that popped up while I was trying to read something and apparently deleted over two years of text messages because CCleaner thought that the space should be recovered. Looking for a better too

It was pretty good at cleaning junks. But now the app data takes even more space than the cleanable cache junks, even with the premium. In just one or two days the app data can reach 1 GB. Moving the app to SD card doesn't help either, since it turns out the app data still takes space of phone memory instead of the SD card. I hope this problem will be fixed.

Surprising that this app does not work on my phone considering how well it works on my computer. I paid the annual fee, but have no way of removing the ads and all of the features. Worst yet, can't find a way to contact their customer support which to me means there is no customer support. Hopefully the authors of this app read this and contact me with the solution and will gladly change my review.

I have used ccleaner on my pc for years, so I was excited to see it for my phone. I must say though I am very disappointed in all the ads I have to weed through to do basic cleaning on my phone. And they push avast on people, and if you aren't familiar with avast, no Matter how many times or what way to you try to be delete trial or subscription software off your pc or phone you can't. They will be a thorn in your side forever. Exactly the thing ccleaner is supposed to get rid of.

I am a pro subscrber and have been for some time and this app was a favorite, but recently fails to deep clean my s21 ultra . I gave accessibility permission and it still fails to deep clean over 100 apps. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. It was working until recent update. Contacted support twice and was instructed to do what I have already done twice. No help whatsoever. So disappointed and seriously considering canceling my subscription.

USED to be the best cleaner for my android. There have been recent updates and CC now constantly says it "failed" to clean or stop a long list of apps. It NEVER used to do this. Then it tells me I need to give it permission, I go into settings and see that it DOES already have permission. I'm VERY close to uninstalling and cleaning my phone myself manually. Oh, BTW, I have the paid version. This app has become SERIOUSLY annoying. Update: DONE, canceled subscription and Uninstalled.

Changed my 5 star rating to 1 star and uninstalled after using for years. Used to be a great app but fails to clean my S10 first time everytime anymore, forcing you to reclean remaining items 2, 3 or even 4 times before a full clean is acheived. The kicker is you have to watch a 45 sec ad between each further clean. Obviously ads are what keeps the app free but now they are way to intrusive and some basic features that used to be free are now only available in the paid for version.👎🏻

I've been using this as free since 2020 and now tbh, seriously, the lately update it's well-dissapointed bc how weird the cache cleaning system even didn't worked anymore if to clean from apps. I say again, from apps cache. What's happened? I guess it's bug but idk tho Beside that, I'd appreciate other options like optimized photo, analyze n detect apps, etc... still working good.. Need help with this App. The first time the app asked for a deep clean, I had to turn on some settings and I once I did, the app cleaned out a lot of junk. The next time I am telling the app to do a deep clean, it is still asking me to change the same setting. Even though clearly I have the required permissions given. So I am unable to perform a deep clean right now.

Basic CCleaner is excellent. This is an update to my previous notation. CCleaner is excellent for a computer. Thought it would be so for a phone. Not so. Too many ads and not enough features unless you get the premium version.

Too many ads and you have to sit and wait for them to end. At least you should allow the user to exit the ads! And every time I try to use cleaner, I have to watch 3 to 5 ads... At least 3 to 5 minutes wasted, because the user can't exit or even close your app!! Bye!

I use the desktop version of CCleaner which us great, but honestly the free version of this is a pain. I don't mind one or two ads to help fund free apps but this us absolutely saturated with them, so much so it outs me off buying a subscription because its so cynical.

This has always been my favorite. I love the automated deep cache cleaner and how I can choose specifically what gets cleaned and what stays. The other features are just a bonus to me but the thorough cache cleaner keeps my note 20 ultra running butter smooth.

Paid for premium. Months later, had to reformat phone. Cannot reinstall premium license - u have to pay the fee each time. Customer service responds to email, but cannot help. Many replies, but waste of time.

I'm using paid version of the app and it is not deep cleaning. It works sometime and after the new version updates it has stopped working. Not cleaning of cache, no force stopping of application happening. It is showing failures
