It's pretty nice, could be fantastic if it worked properly. Needs a refresh button, needs to sync more often, and for the love of God teach sub drivers how to use it. I mean it has the route with all stops right there on the map but some of the drivers go past your child's stop 4 freaking times. Few more tweaks and get ALL drivers to use it correctly and it will be an easy 5 star app.

I would give it zero stars but I need to leave this review. I created my acct and verified it but when I go to log in it says invalid information. tried to do 'forgot password' but the app just closes. I created a second acct hoping it would work but it did the same exact thing. what's the point if we can't even log in after downloading it. I was looking forward to using the app and now I'm very disappointed. please fix the issue

It's fine when it's working properly. It has so many tracking issues though. It's terrible. It's frustrating for the parents and the bus drivers. Pleeeaasse fix the issues that are consistently brought up.

This app is very unreliable. It shows a different bus stop for my child for no apparent reason. It only works half the time and gps is not updated automatically. You have to go out of the bus location screen and then go back in if you want to see where the bus is currently. Also if it's displaying the wrong drop off, how do you know where a substitute driver may be dropping your child off??? A little concerning in my opinion.

I'm genuinely happy with this app. It's essentially radar for your kids bus. It's a little slow updating, I mean the ping rate could be higher and when unassigned busses are used as a substitute there's no tracking. Having said that for it's 1st year up it's a good app.

I like it. Kind of like tracking my food deliveries or packages. I can see where my boy is and not have to wait on an estimated ETA. Plus great when a pickup or drop won't be necessary.

Best app ever!!. For the the first time in 20 years of dealing with transportation issues (late bus, no bus, missing children, I could go on...)today we knew exactly when and where the bus was. Thank you CCSD for finally listening to the parents. I know there will still be glitches, but you have come a long way. Thank you again!!

This app is not accurate at all especially in the afternoon. It always shows my students bus on the other side of town and the eta always gets longer. Great concept wished it worked.

My kid missed the bus several times using the app. One moment it had a few minutes until it gets to the stop next time I looked it's already there. The bus driver is mostly too early than the posted time.

Doesn't work. Never shows the actual bus on the GPS. Never updates times. Been standing in the sun in Vegas for 30 minutes with my 5 year old and 2 3 year olds. Download it or not, Doesn't matter

I logged in and the app was incapable of remembering my password. With all this apps how can a busy mom remember it all? The bus on route would not always show up on the map. Im glad my kids dont take the bus anymore.

GPS doesn't even show the best moving doesn't give the correct time of when it's going to come so frustrating the app would be great if they fixed the GPS so I know when it's coming

This app is a complete joke! Why provide this app that DOES NOT WORK. It's just as bad as sitting on hold with Transportation for an hour!

Frequently crashes or is slow with times, however usually gives accurate information and is on time

My daughter was already put in the system this morning but this app refuses to show or add her in. When I called the ccsd number I was on hold for 30mins!!! They are Terribly lazy. Also, my daughter takes the bus home and that bus driver has not asked her anything? Just let's her get on. Yet mornings have been hell and no one knows any information at all. Everyone is just lost in the clouds..

I use this app every morning for school and it work just fine, sometimes it is a little slow but it still tells me what I need to know.

Since last week the tracking isn't working. The app just shows me where are the bus after it passed my home

The app always has issues either its stuck or says waiting for identifying bus or GPS nearly everyday says this ridiculous

App doesn't update the time on the morning trip and it doesn't work at all on the afternoon trip.

This Application does not show where the actual bus is in route, you have to keep refreshing, very disappointed

Awesome idea! Now I can track my child's school bus in real time the same way I can track an Uber ride. All the information about the pick-up and drop-off it's there, also any delay because you receive ETA live.

Will not let me create an account. Using Android play store app. Please fix issue.

This app used to track the bus on the map. Now it doesn't. Why? It was good when it did that.

Absolutely not all accurate all the time.... always problems with the app everytime....

Needs better GPS Tracker as well as the frequency the GPS updates.

Bro fk this app. It kept going up went from 10 mins to 18mins and now it don't show a timer. I missed school cuz of this.
