CCU FL Mobile Banking

The picture of a check to deposit is always upside down.the follow up text to double check identity works poorly. I get a text, but the app DOES NOT PRESENT A WAY TO ENTER THE SECURITY CODE. Its a waste of time to use your tect message process

No face or fingerprint access available. Still haven't been able to set autopay correctly so I have to physically move money from savings to pay my loan. Needs to be updated and more stream lined.

I love that the fingerprint access was brought back. However, the quick check widget seems to have glitches even though I have authorized it and GooglePay is still not an option through the bank itself.

Literally every single time I try to use this app a 'security feature' refuses access and demands to send me a text to be able to log in. This makes no sense since I've already entered the proper password and screen name. What makes even less sense is that not one single time has the verification text been sent to my phone after being requested. This bug has existed since the first time I tried to use the app and continues to this day. Completely useless app.

This app is the easiest to use and I have trouble with most apps. Love it. It does everything I need fast and always accurate.

They are very kind to everybody they always have a smile. Anything I don't like if it pays too much overdraft fees

Its so cool...i finally figured out how to deposit a paper check and transfer to a different account...ok...ok... I'm old so i thought i did pretty good!

So frustrating that I can't search transactions in a specified date. For example: "$568.00 between January-March 2019". The transaction history doesn't go back very far. Would be helpful to see history on the fly as a small business. Also doesn't keep a photo record of checks I've deposited so I have to manually take a photo of each one and save it to a Gdrive folder.

it works very well Edit: this was a 5 star, but then they took away deposits and withdraws being separated by day and purchase in a neat and user friendly order. Now everything looks all jumbled up. It honestly plays hell with my dyslexia and ADHD. Before I could find the info about where my money was going and coming very easily. But now it just looks like a ragged paragraph of numbers and names.

I actually loved the app it was great. Since last update now it's an inconvenience to use. You cannot use a fingerprint swipe to login anymore. This makes it incredibly difficult to use when you're doing other things frankly a hassle. I will be uninstalling.

New update fixed problems and is back to normal for me. The finger print feature is cool but I just like how automatic it was previously before the other update. It works!

CCU really does make online banking easier than every other financial institution that I, or my other half, have used in the past.

I enjoy the convenience of mobile deposits but my last one didn't go through and I didn't receive a notification. Apparently the transaction in review doesn't notify me when the deposit was not accepted for some reason.

Very easy for myself( that doesn't know what to do), use this app. Thank you. 😊

there's a few more features this app could have, like being able to turn my card on and off, and like getting text messages every time my account is used, but other than that it took it out.

Makes things easier. I requested a higher mobile deposit limit, it was granted, and now I don't have to waste time driving around to make deposits. Love it!

I love love love CCU. The mobile app is easy to use and always up to the minute. People are extremely friendly and very qualified and excellent at the services they provide m I'll never change banks when I have such perfect service from CCU. Thanks so much. Love you

Mostly pretty good, but I just spent 15 minutes reading a picture I'd the back of check I was trying to deposit because the app refused to recognize the clearly written signature on the back of the check. other banks remote deposit apps have a better resolution for the camera.

The CCU app is easy to use. And it's fast. I enjoy being able to view my transactions any time of the day or night. So much easier than calling in or going into the credit union.

The app is reasonably simply and intuitive with good navigation. It works without hangups or glitches. Its everything an app should be.

Always so easy. If I have an issue, someone always helps me figure it out.

would like it to create its own clarity as other apps do when you take a picture. different than me having to find the right Focus.

Easier than other banking apps to use.

This app is great, anytime I need to look at my account balance or need assistance, CCU has been the best and the app is quick and easy to use. Thank you CCU for everything you do for all of your members. You all are awesome!

Its important to stay competitive and offer the same tech as much larger banks but still retain your personal conection with your customers. Anyone can hold your funds but they cant all be my bank. You guys are awesome!

I can do pretty much what I want with this app except it doesn't identify which account the warning messages relates to when you have more than one account.

This app is one of the reasons I love doing business with this bank. It's so convenient and easy to use, supports biometric login, and rarely sends you off to the internet browser

I haven't been with CCU very long and I must say I'm not liking them or this app much. I can't make external transfers also I don't like the check deposit section.
