Very easy to use. I love the bill pay feature so I can see what Bill's I've paid all on one app. I do wish I could order checks on the mobile app, but u can do that online si it's not a big issue. Also some transactions may lag a little, so they take an extra day to appear on the app so just b aware of that especially for joint accounts. Otherwise pretty good app.

Always have to do something else before it accepts deposit. Says the date is wrong or amount is wrong. My bank app never has these problems. Very poor software for check recognition. Rating the again. Very poor software recognition. Always have to take pictures twice or more. The picture I see clearly shows the date. The software can't see it. Never have this problem with wells Fargo mobile deposits - it works first time every time.

App works well. I would have rated higher but the mobile deposit feature can be improved. The app doesn't let you zoom in and view the picture of your check to see if its blurry or not. I have had deposits rejected by the bank because the picture was not in focus. This needs to be fixed!

Very convenient, I can use anywhere at any time. Even in checkout stand line was able to transfer funds and was available by the time I reached the cashier. If your heading out of town you can put an alert on so that the bank is aware you are on a trip and you won't have any issues concerning your funds. Amazing app!

Have been using this app for years and it works very well for me. I find it easy to use; one improvement that I'd like to see as I go through the Payees list is 'scheduled payments' if I have one scheduled but it hasn't been processed yet. In a perfect world I'd like to see both last payment and the next scheduled payment (if any), but I'd prefer seeing the next scheduled payment if I could only have one.

Inconsistent Sometimes the app works fine and it's amazing when it does. But recently I've ran into issues where I can't view my accounts or use zelle or bill pay. It's truly annoying and inconvenient.

They appear to have removed fingerprint unlock. I almost exclusively do my banking through the app, it makes as much sense as making me solve a captcha at an ATM. If this isn't fixed I will seriously consider moving to a credit union that understands how banking works in the modern world.

Continues to repeat same question on each check deposit always asks for confirmation of a date that's always clearly shown (same problem has existed for years without correction), new improvements seem to eliminate auto rotation of a camera. Unbelievable customers have to put up with this lack of technical competence!

the app is simple and easy to use. mobile deposit are not as easy as it should be. i wish the money transfer app was more familiar than the one listed. the reviews for popmoney are not favorable. I'm happy with the bill pay! No more writing checks and placing a stamp in the envelope 😆.

I tried reset my password in app by using text. I got the text message but there was no prompt to type it in when I went back to login. I used the call me choice next but the app was still stuck in the message prompt to call and text. I just repeated the steps until finally, the fingerprint scan came up and I was able to log in. The experience was very frustrating.

I get my paycheck deposited into my account at 7:30am every Thursday. I don't get notified until about 8:30pm that night even though I've setup the notification settings. It used to notify me at 7:30am every Thursday like clockwork, now it doesn't. Doesn't even notify me when my mom deposits, transfers money into my account. App sucks.

Great app. Can do a variety of transactions. My only negative is that paying bills or sending money via Zelle, money is deducted right away from the account but it takes at least 3 days for the other person or business to receive the money.

I'm new to this , just enrolled to digital banking so I'm not really familiar with the moves and navigation . Not to mention I just got a brand new phone . Oh! About the bank , this bank is awesome . Just come in one of the branches and sign in for membership.

Great overall, but I don't love the new (?) image tool for deposit. I couldn't get the auto capture tool to work at all, and the manual option resizes the photo from what you see when taking the picture.

Generally, the app is easy to use and very intuitive. I have used app for years and the software UI continue to improve. Only issue currently is the biometric login doesnt work --- and that used to work, but oh well.

This app is very hard to use. If you mistyped your password. It locks you out and you are to constantly call in to unlock it. The robo call identifies you but then wont unfreeze you. You wind up going in circles. A show password feature would be nice so you could prevent this from happening. I'm uninstalling it.

I'm a sceptical type person. Very much of an "old school " mentality. Never wanting to advance in this time of technological development. I have no social media and on-line banking was not an option for me. One of the bankers set it up for me and walked me through the process. I can't believe how easy it was!!! So much easier than calling in to check my accounts. Depositing checks from home, mibd blowibg! No more lines! Thank you CCU!! Anything to free up my time is appreciated!!

I love this app!! Saves me the time of having to find a branch near me. Mobile deposits are a bit tricky sometimes but noticed that as long as I have plenty of light and not taking a pic at an angle it works everytime.

Half the the time the app gives me a notice while trying to log in saying information not available. This is super frustrating. Login an password are correct. Can log in just fine on the website from mobile phone. But the app.... Leaves much to be desired. Do you want to retake your check photo a 5th time? Uhhhh no...

The mobile app has made it 1,000 times easier to manage my finances, especially since I now live halfway across the country and don't have access to a physical branch. I've been a member of the credit union for 15+ years and, upon moving, this app has allowed me to easily remain a member. I also love the updates to the mobile check deposit function. It is MUCH more intuitive and easy to use now. Thank you!

one star deduction because this is the only app on my phone that fingerpring recognition doesnt work properly. It uses 1 copy of 1 fingeprint. if not perfectly centered is doesn't recognize you, requires password login and ypu have to set up finger print again. Very Annoying

Really enjoy having California Credit Union as my bank. I usually go in person when I can, but it's hard with a teacher's schedule. So glad they added the feature for mobile check deposits.

Would have rated much higher....however for eight (8) months they have charged me for insufficient minimum account balance. I have been at a branch at least a few dozen times just in the past couple months! Each of the tellers had to have seen that, but no one alerted me!

I use the app to deposit checks and to monitor past transactions. I'm surprised at how easy and convenient this is. I'm 70 and have been using the app only since June. Very impressed.

Fingerprint unlock option is missing after recent update, yet fingerprint unlock functionality still works if it was setup prior to the update. Please fix.
