Starting to hate this app. I constantly have to change my password. Invalid messages, then new password requests that don't even pan out. I always have to call the branch to get it fixed. This is so ridiculously annoying. Please update/fix bugs.
LG V20 w/ Android 8.0.0 here. Works perfectly. Has everything I need and has a good design.
This is horrible! Won't allow me to login. Keeps telling me my info is invalid!

It stopped working, it doesn't allow me to login.
No updates in a year and now hasn't worked in 3 weeks
i could not connect to my banking app when i needed it.

Now that I have it I feel confident we are going to improve this app maybe with SSO, two-factor? Keep up the great work! PopMoney link goes to a 404 page for user ID screen.
Please quit using the old, deprecated camera API or at least have it call the display orientation method. Phones like the Nexus 5X that use a reverse landscape orientation for the camera sensor end up displaying the picture upside down. This makes it very difficult to line up a check when up is down and left is right, etc.
Will not let me log in! very frustrating.
What's going on?? I can't log in anymore. Keeps on saying wrong user id even though it's the right one!
Mobile check deposit is a wonderful, sorely needed addition. I am glad CDCFCU finally got that up and running. Thanks!
Suddenly after the update it won't log me in unless I'm on my PC. What's the use of the mobile app then?
I have been using this app for more than a year and have had no problems with it. It is useful and reliable. I've heard we will eventually get the feature to deposit checks with our phone camera. Looking forward to that! Our credit Union is tops! Motorola Droid.
Used to work now I get an invalid user error. Will give more stars when it gets fixed. Please fix. Uninstalled then reinstalled only to get kicked out and had to reset password.
Now I can have access to my account on the go and it works well.

This application offers access to CDC FCU accounts in a highly secure environment. Balances, transfers, payments, and more are available and offer real-time access to the credit union. Paying bills is even faster than before with access to billers right from the phone.
Doesn't let you always log on! Uninstall _Reinstall Ughhhhh!
Simple and convenient
I had an issue with the app after using for over 2 years. Of course my phone has updated several times since then and my phone is old (by today's standards). I contacted the CDC and their great team along with the developers worked on issue diligently, kept in touch with me throughout the process and it was fixed. They went as far as updating their systems to make sure this didn't happen again. I had expected that they would say I needed a new phone but no. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE from all involved. I have had to replace different programs even after updating so it was wonderful to have someone work on all systems. If you have an issue contact your FCU they are there to help!
